They got great food, but by the end of the night they just lack. I've been let down a couple times by it. But the staff is awesome, never let me down. Atmosphere is cool.

Was forced to use the kiosk while an employee just stood there waiting for you to finish ordering. The employee then got my drink cups. That is a waste of resources. The employee should have at least been doing something else besides standing there if I was going to be forced to use kiosk. Just standing there looks really bad.It made him look lazy. He could have rang up my order faster at the register than I was able to at the kiosk. Kiosk was not very user friendly.

This location is one of the best, my order is always correct and
I respect the fact that people want to be off work for New Year's Eve but what I do not expect is for there to be no signage that says that you're closing early anywhere on your store.There's absolutely no signs on the doors or on the drive-thru window stating that y'all are closing early on New Year's Eve. How hard is it to post a sign somewhere on your store... Evidently it's very hard.

I come through the drive-thru there was a line wrapped around the building I ordered two combos two cheesy Roll-Ups and an order of Nacho fries I got home my quesadillas were literally cut in half so I got two halves of a quesadilla no cheesy Roll-Ups at all then when I got back to the restaurant so they can fix it I had to go back through the drive-thru that was wrapped around the building to wait for them to remake my food and fix it I'm not happy at all
