I would never spend another dollar at Hardee’s

Placed and order for food, my husband goes to pick the food up and is told someone has already picked the food up. I try to call the restaurant and after 5 try’s someone finally picks up and begins to tell me I’ve already gotten my food, when the issue is they gave my order out to someone else and didn’t want to admit it and just remake the order. Never offered to replace it nor refund it. Told me to take it up with customer service and whoever the manager was is completely rude and unprofessional. I explained the name the order was under is a very uncommon name and there’s absolutely no way someone would just randomly know the name to pick up my order. Then whoever was in the back ground was yelling just hang up the phone just hang up the phone and the person I was on the phone with proceeded to just hang up the phone, so not only did they give my order out, they just blatantly ignored the issue that they created.
The name it’s under starts with an M and the employee kept telling me it started with an L. Clearly while I’m trying to explain that it in fact does not start with an L she goes o well.
This store just keeps going down hill.

I don't care how dirty Hardee's is, it's Hardee's and every Hardee's is going to be nasty. I ordered two double hamburgers specifically asked for no cheese. . The only reason I give three stars is because the food is bussin. Best Hardee's around. Food is always hot fresh. Theyre slacking on the two stars though because the employees act rude as hell and can't follow simple instructions like NO CHEESE.

Long wait, order was wrong. Ordered small drink and got large..... The usual Hardee bs. I gave you 3 stars and imagine my surprise when I saw it had been changed to 5! I've never been to a Hardee's that deserved a 5 star review.

Every time we travel this area, we stop here. The staff is ALWAYS so nice and friendly. The food is always hot and fresh. Many times they are understaffed but still get the job done and have a smile while doing it!

It was an ok, place. We didn't get the hamburger we wanted, but the burger we got was really good.
Why were there only 2 people working? It was very busy. It took 15 minutes for drive through. We ordered standard food. Unacceptable.

This place is so bad I’m here eating lunch on 10/23/24 @12:00 three customers demanded their money back while I was ordering. The lady gave me too much money back. I ordered a Frisco burger. The cheese is not even melted fries or ice cold but yet I have to pay $12 for it never again Hardee’s.
