Servers were friendly, and made the two subs I ordered perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised that all the ingredients stayed in the bun, and no sauce covering the wrapping paper! Not having over half of my mayo on the outside goes a long way in my book. I regret that I didn't get their names, but nevertheless, I will be returning in the future.
Bought three subs on Italian Herb and Cheese roll. Rolls were overcooked as demonstrated by the dark brown coloring on the sub roll surface. Bread was tough and stale, not fresh, out of date? This store is inconsistent regarding quality. This reflects poorly on all subways. If quality cannot be provided at the restaurant, then why would I want to visit other Subways? After speaking to a very nice very caring woman named Rosie about the experience I had here she was able to put my mind at ease and she took what I had to say seriously I definitely plan on eating here again. 5 star rating because of how Rosie understood, cared, and handled the situation.
