I've been here alot of times and never had a problem, today we ordered online and went to pick up the food, they said they was completely out of roast beef, how does a restaurant that specializes in roast beef run out completely? Maybe they need new management, then they couldn't even give us the number to their corporate office to get the refund.

The Classic roast beef sandwich my fiancé had was fine but the Classic chicken club was filled with the hardest pieces of dried out chicken I’ve ever seen. Sadly we had to throw that away. We did try calling the restaurant but no answer.

Over the last 2 years, I’ve resigned myself to the fact that a mid afternoon food purchase will come with lukewarm fries cheese sticks. Apparently, no cheese on a French dip sandwich was far too much to ask for. After 4 failed attempts to call the store, I am leaving this here as it seems to be the only way to speak with someone without having to drive back and do it in person. On a positive note- The girl in the drive-through was very pleasant.

Dont get a milkshake from here unless you want it from a non clean shake machine that hasn't been cleaned in months. Smells like rotting milk.
