I ordered a bacon swiss chicken sandwich it came with lettuce and chicken no bacon and no swiss. Also ordered the new chicken loaded curly fries had no ranch on it and the bacon was so hard it wasn't edible. Not to mention I didn't even get a receipt apparently to do a review online. Never will ever eat at this Arby's again if any. It's a waste of money and time I live 25 mins from town and drove just to get Arby's for them not to get a single thing correct.

Ordered French Dip & Swiss as I have many times over many years. Today, the meat is inedible. It tastes like I imagine dog food tastes. It is brown, yellow and tan in color. The store’s door is locked. The phone rang so long Verizon actually ended the call. I’m in line at the drive through now to return this abomination.

the new male manager is very rude and condescending..he yells at employees and customer's..I've never personally been yelled at in the drive thru line at a fast food restaurant and don't know that I'll be
waited on hold in the drive through line for 30 minutes for someone to take our order.

Food was delicious ? service was good, and everything was made to order. Fresh. Seemed a little short staff, maybe needed one extra hand to do a little detailing to the dining room clean up. Other than that it was a good experience.
Sat in drive through for 5 minutes before my order was taken, took 13 minutes for cheese sticks, came inside to get them after waiting so long and I was the only customer! They had 4 workers!

We used the drive through, it was fast moving. The food was good. If you ask for extra sauce, check your bad. A smile goes a long way when you're waiting on customers .
