I live here locally so when I go to Burger King usually come here. I want to say thank you to everyone working today. So from the order taker on the speaker to the lady who handed the food at the window with a smile and of course the ones who made my order. It was absolutely delicious but more than that the service I haven't had that in a long time and it's very much appreciated! God bless you all.

Nearly every single time I visit this location they do not have iced mocha coffee! I use to work for Burger King and that is part of morning opening is to make ice coffee, hot coffee and tea as well. The location I worked at kept a gallon of mocha and vanilla ice coffee as back up in the cooler. It takes maybe 15 minutes to make fresh ice coffee so I'm not sure why they are always out! The service is always great and food is always hot and fresh.

Well I eat at this place alot and one thing I can say is the managers are very nice and take great charge, and the night shift crew that they have are very respectful and helpful when it comes to both online and drive thru orders as well as their dining room always being cleaned and ready to serve. Will continue to come to this burger king for sure

it’s burger king so i’m odviously not expecting the best especially in hartselle but there service is terrible and honestly don’t know how to do there damn job i don’t know how the supervisor can just look over this it’s so unprofessional.

Just don't. Look Burger King is great, but there is not a single place in Hartselle worth eating. Just avoid the whole city when it comes to food. Lived here all my life. You'd be a fool not to trust me and just take one look at what the average person from Hartselle looks like, if you don't believe me.

I work here at Burger King and my mother absolutely loves the whopper junior and hot fries .My mom doesn’t eat a lot of things these days because she is so picky. So for her to want Burger King that is a big deal !
