Well I eat at this place alot and one thing I can say is the managers are very nice and take great charge, and the night shift crew that they have are very respectful and helpful when it comes to both online and drive thru orders as well as their dining room always being cleaned and ready to serve. Will continue to come to this burger king for sure

it’s burger king so i’m odviously not expecting the best especially in hartselle but there service is terrible and honestly don’t know how to do there damn job i don’t know how the supervisor can just look over this it’s so unprofessional.

Just don't. Look Burger King is great, but there is not a single place in Hartselle worth eating. Just avoid the whole city when it comes to food. Lived here all my life. You'd be a fool not to trust me and just take one look at what the average person from Hartselle looks like, if you don't believe me.

I work here at Burger King and my mother absolutely loves the whopper junior and hot fries .My mom doesn’t eat a lot of things these days because she is so picky. So for her to want Burger King that is a big deal !

Original chicken sandwich was supposed to be pickle and mayo only no pickle brown lettuce but charged 50 cents for them was given a fiery wrap instead of classic until I seen it on receipt and had them fix that problem was supposed to have $7 Duo with fries chicken sandwich and chicken fries but was charged $5 for duo and then $3.99 for chicken fries don't forget 50 cents for pickles I didn't get very unsatisfied customer will not be back to the hartselle location oh and when I called I was hung up on so rude
Sucks, the night manager Cat was literally smoking weed outside while the line cook took my order made it and gave it out. Needs all new management. Will not be back

Was there at 6:03 waited for 5 minutes and no one greeted me answered or otherwise. I ended up driving off. This ish schedule does not work for me. If you are supposed to be at work at 6 you should be required to be there 10 minutes early. Work ethics are severely lacking
