I havent had bad food here and service is pleasant. However the dining area is definitely in desperate need of some remodeling and maintenance. They have mold and mildew growing on the walls due to leaking windows and wet paneling. With this much care taken in the dining area the imagination can easily leave you questioning if you should trust the kitchen cleanliness and safety.

I haven’t been to captain ds in months, now I remember why. Not only did they not give me my drink or my sauce at all, I got home and started eating only to find a HAIR COOKED INTO MY MOZZARELLA STICK. Absolutely repulsive and disgusting. I will never be back to this establishment.

The food here is always made with care. The employees are very accommodating no matter what you are in need of. The lobby is always so clean, well stocked, and this location's famous sweet tea Is hands down the best in Alabama!

I haven't been to this Captain Ds in years. I decided to give them another try. The fish, shrimp and chicken were all good. The fries I had were a bit soggy. Service was very friendly. I suggest you give them a try if you haven't been there in a while.
I haven't been to Captain D's in a while. I really enjoyed my meal and was also impressed with how much food I actually got for the price. Friendly service too.

I received chicken that wasn’t fresh and tasted old and its appearance seemed like it had been cooked for a while. I didn’t receive my whole order. Normally I check my bag to be certain I’ve received everything ordered but didn’t this time and I feel it’s an inconvenience to go back to retrieve any items that I didn’t get. I also ordered one order of fires which was cold from them get go.
