The food was served at an adequate temperature and in general, the experience was satisfactory. However, I would like to express my concern about an incident that occurred during my visit. I observed an employee with red hair wearing a pink lycra, which did not fit the dress code established for the staff. This situation resulted in a negative impression and I hope it will not be repeated in the future.

I like DQ but this has to be the worse DQ I've ever been to. I ordered a chicken meal that costs $9.89 and my total was $14 and something ..... Make it make sense looked at my receipt and I got charged for a larger meal that I didn't order and apparently sauce I also didn't order

if i could rate this place 0 stars i would. don’t get me wrong the food was great but the mold on the tiles? not it. NO AIR CONDITION IN THE KIDS PLAY ROOM!??? DEFINITELY NOT IT.

Came here to get out of the heat and the AC was down. According to the review, it’s been out three months! Seems like they have the heater on. Don’t waste time bringing kids.

I gave them 2 stars only because I love my hot fudge Sunday. But I drove all the way from Moulton just to have my craving fixed yet it is no way fixed. I turned in the parking lot at 9:43 pm. Sign said open so drive thru I went. But the problem is everything said open, The app ,the window but as I pulled up to wait for someone to ask me what I'd like, they turned the damn lights off & turned off the open sign !! All the while I'm at the window & they never checked up. So ... I got a extremely large family clan.. we are Bordens & they all read my reviews as do our friends , & yes even my enemy's.. guess I'll make priceville location my new Hot Fudge Sunday with extra fudge location....

Ordered a blizzard and was basically completely melted. You can tell the ownership is cheap and I wonder if the same people own the Decatur location because it’s just about as bad. Go to Culver’s or sonic. Hate leaving a bad review but horrible ownership needs to be addressed. I will never go back to this location nor Decatur. This is sad because I use to love Dairy Queen.

Ordered value meals last night. The fries were so cold I thought they came out of the fridge. The sundaes were liquid!! Had to put them in the freezer. By the time I ate my sandwich the ice cream was still liquid I’ll not go there again! Culver’s is just up the road

How do you forget strawberries in a strawberry cheesecake blizzard? And have your phone disconnected as well?
12 noon and doors are locked, yet multiple cars ( employees?) present. Blizzards were " blended" into mush after even asking employee to not do so at the drive thru. Cheese cake and cookie dough chunks are what I'm paying for, not brown flavored puree. Just needs attention to management quality overall. This was on multiple visits within the past few months.
