Last night we ordered a pizza for Valentine’s dinner even though they had messed it up 2 times before even told them that the last few times it was not done and we had to bake it after getting it home.Yes it was a pick and we only live a few miles away. We requested it be well done because of the last 2 times. Well they did it again. The dough wasn’t even done. The cheese wasn’t even melted all the way. I do not recommend and will not order from them again. It was awful. We really like domino’s Pizza but we will not be back to this store. I would have not giving one star but it would let you leave a review without . Very disappointing

I got two pizzas that suppose to be 699 each and they charged me 17 dollars. I'm no rocket scientist but 699 and 699 isn't 17 dollars .

The mac and cheese had 2 long curly hairs in it. Both pizza's were very mushy with very little toppings. The chicken was a soggy mess under a blanket of cheese surrounded by 2 inches of burnt cheese. After a couple ours of being nauseous I decided I'd try a lava cake, however they aren't even here. +$70 later, I'm eating Ramen.

I would have given 0 stars if I could we I placed my order on the app around 5:20 pm for delivery they arrived with our chicken and a sandwich at 5:50 left the salads at the store said he would be right back with them I figured were less than 5 minutes from there so no big deal he'll be right back so paid and tipped almost 7:00pm comes rolling back up with salads now you would think being that long knowing the food they brought would already be cold that they would have sent the whole order again but no didn't happen but you can Bank on it that won't ever happen again and as I scroll down it ask what dishes I recommend and I must say none of them cold

I have watched this particular location run itself into the ground. This location as dropped any sense of customer service, giving them no answers on things such as delivery or even the possibility of a delay. I am tired of receiving the ordered food cold and more than an hour after it was estimated to arrive. Even after the delivery was late and the food felt like it was placed in front of the car's AC on full blast, I was still given no explanation on why - only the normal corporate email saying "it wasn't as we expected".
The time for 30 minutes or less may be gone, but your ability to be punctual and on top of customer support shouldn't go away with it.

The best pizza places near me 100%. The variety is great, and the service too. Such great experiences I have there.
Tried to order online to get coupons and redeem point. Submitted order at least 6 times. Kept going back to screen to submitt order. Didnt know if ordered or not. Went in and ask and they said no. Got in car to go to another place and then it ask if i wanted a text. Ive had this problem several times over the last month. Shouldn't take 20 minutes to place an order online and then not know if it went through. Please check your wifi at Hartselle store.

Every time I have ordered lately, it takes them an entire hour to even start my order. They never answer the phone. I order for delivery and end up having to go up to the store (an hour later) to get them to put my order in the oven. This is ridiculous. They don't have enough people working and so they can't fulfill orders in a reasonable amount of time and let me tell you I will NEVER order from them again. I wouldn't be surprised if they shut down before long. Who the heck wants to order a pizza at 7:45pm and have to wait until 9:30pm to be able to eat???? Stupid!!

I ordered my pizza at 6:50pm still have not received it and it’s 8:10pm. I drove to the store after calling and never got an answer, and they haven’t even cooked my pizzas yet. I only gave a 1 star cause I had to rate it at something. If I could have gave zero stars I would have. This is the worst service I’ve ever received from Domino’s pizza.

The online ordering is great and fast. Our pizza was black, hard, no toppings we could see. VERY dissappointing for the kids. I couldn't even eat it.

There was a problem with the order, called the next day and they did a great job offering options to fix it. All I really need to say is check your order immediately to avoid disappointment at home. Thanks again for your attention to the issues and your understanding at my disappointment.
