I ordered takeout which was canceled due to computer problems. That was fine I know things happen BUT the girl that was using a computer mouse and touching all of the equipment went to finally make my order and DIDNT WASH HER HANDS OR PUT GLOVES ON. Of course I said something and she went to wash and angrily came back to make my pizza. Their store rating on the wall was 86. With all of this sickness going around, please wash your hands when handling people's food.

I placed a order yesterday for my 78 year old father for Valentine’s Day and got a call at 11:10am from someone named Shay who said they were the manager and Shay told me there was no delivery driver and promised me that he would deliver the order to my 77yr old father at 5pm and I called the store NINETEEN TIMES before I finally got someone to pick up to which it was this manager named Shay who then told me the same thing, no delivery driver and told me that he couldn’t leave the store because he has two convicts working with him! WOW JUST WOW! Isn’t that personal information first of all??? Secondly, why did I not get a call from Dominos and why does the dominos phone number have no one answering the phone? This is so wrong is so many ways! I live in Louisiana and can’t even order a pizza for my 77 yr old father.? Seriously? This is NOT professional and I will take my business to Papa John’s due to this. I also asked Shay for the district managers name and phone number and Shay told me he couldn’t give me that information. Since when? Thanks to this Manager named Shay, my elderly father didn’t get to eat dinner last night thanks to Shay and Hartselle Alabama dominos. I will be going up the chain to try and have this establishment take a look at their employees and realize this manager named Shay definitely should not be in a management title.

Our delivery driver chris is awesome very nice man always interacts with my kids when he comes and almost always in time when hes late i dont get mad bc I understand they get busy and backed up sometimes.but i give a 5 stars to hartselle location they are like family here thank yall so much gor the great

Working up here and made a order 30 mins before close. The guy that took my order was real great at his job. Great job! Thank you. Food was great he said it will be ready in 10 Mims in less than 10 he walked it out! This man needs a raise. He is a rare one these days.

They are Almost always amazing today my pizza was burnt. And not fluffy. They just had a bad day
An hour and 44 minutes to be delivered. Lukewarm burnt pizza. Following the tracker it rode around and they delivery driver's car for an hour and 1 minute. If I could leave a minus star I would.

honestly. i'm just over this location. every time i order pasta primavera i do so with NO onions and i swear they give me onions EVERY time. and i have proof. as someone who has years of experience in the food industry i can say that its NOT that hard to just NOT add an ingredient to an order. get it together!!
