My husband and I go through the drive-thru Monday through Saturday and we always get two small coffees and occasionally we will get a breakfast biscuit sandwich of some type. On Saturdays we get our small coffees sometimes medium coffees and order breakfast sandwiches for our grandchildren and the rest of the family that lives with us here in Hartselle. I just want to say out of all the restaurants here in Hartselle and from a lot that you see nowadays Hardee's is the best food the best service and we love you guys.

I went through Drive Thru, 8-4-23, ordered a Loaded Omlett Biscuit. When I got home, I had just a plain Biscuit in the bag!I live too far to drive back, but I went by there again this morning 8-6-23, I asked the Girl at the window to check to see if my biscuit had something on it, she said its ok.When I got the bag, I looked my self, it was ok, but her attitude was not!! I will not come back to Hardees in Hartselle!

They don't pay their employees enough and are very rude to them. I worked for them and I called in and they FIRED me for it. I was sick! I wasn't gonna work if I was sick! Like what the hell!!

Food was good except the French toast sticks they were overcooked and hard. It was near time for lunch menu to start but they should not serve what is not acceptable.
The food, service, and price for some of the items on the breakfast menu is great!Rarely do one find such a restaurant that provides consistent service and good food!The only issue have with Hardee's is, when you go inside the grease stays with you long after you leave??

Hardee’s in Hartselle Al has just gotten ridiculously pathetic. They can’t get nothing out on time and there manager is constantly yelling at the employees. I know there has to be push or whatever but she is ridiculous!! I have always loved Hardee’s but they are ruining my love for Hardee’s!!!

I have been coming here all of my life to this little Hartselle Hardee’s. Every now and then there may be a few bumps but my total experience has been very positive from the great people to the food. Once I even left my debit card at home and they gave me my food anyway. Who does that? Of course I quickly came back so the employee wouldn’t be out money but I thought that was awesome. The best breakfast in town to this day.
