It's bad that just about every car that's in the drive thru has to wait on the food why do they call it fast food because it's surely not fast service get it together folks it's a hamburger joint.

Jack's does not understand the concept of NO SAUSAGE on a Gravy Biscuit Plate (Plain). It doesn't mean to sift out the big pieces of sausage leaving little tiny chunks behind. IT MEANS NO SAUSAGE. I will once again have to bring the food I ordered for breakfast before work back to this location 9 hours later and request a refund. It's gotten so bad I order 2 different things in case they screw up the biscuits just so I'll have something to eat just in case.
How many times will a customer keep coming back if you keep getting their orders wrong? Not many.

Meat was undercooked.

Sick and tired of getting screwed out of food I pay for. Second time I have ordered an apple pie and gotten home and it is not with my food. They never answer the phone so I can tell them about it as soon as I get home and realize it is not in the bag with the rest of the food

I visited the drive thru. I was in line for 30 minutes. When I finally got to the window, I waited another 5 minutes. Then, I was told to pull forward because my chicken was cooking. I waited another 5 minutes, then went in to get a refund and left without getting anything. Total wait was 40 minutes with nothing and no offer of a discount or anything.

UPDATE 7/17/24:I tried again today. I went inside and I got my order in a few minutes. They were understaffed according to their explanations to others who waited longer than me. Please improve your employee scheduling/retention. The service was great for me today despite being understaffed.

I don't know the name of the guy working Sunday afternoon the 14th but he was doing a great job. Poor fella was completely by himself, im sure someone called out. But he was still taking care of everyone. Really respect and appreciate it.

We have been going to the Hartselle, AL location for years but today was the worst experience we have ever had. The establishment was no very busy but it took 23 minutes to get our food (that did not have any special requests). The fries were cold and the hamburger patties were not even warm enough to soften the cheese on the burger. In fact, the only item that was correct for taste/ temperature was the onions on the burger!

Side note: the ladies bathroom was only 1/2 clean, the stall doors are in need of repair, and there was not any soap to wash the hands of the customers or the employees. How are the employees supposed to maintain sanitary standards when they do not have the needs readily accessible?
As long standing customers, we would greatly appreciate it if these concerns were resolved. After all, all of our friends and family love Jack’s restaurants!
