Use to be a great place to eat. Husband and i went to this location 3/25/25 I placed my order stood there 20 minutes for my food which was typical on Tuesday's but this time was very degrading. I watched a young woman come in way after we did. She knew all their names, then she started her order and paid. Then she said oh i forgot i want fries i was livid when they handed her my fries and to add insult to injury she stood behind me and was eating them while i waited for more fries and the rest of my order That was rude and unkind. I said that is what i get for being nice and she said Ma'am are you upset that i got fries i said no but i was i held my tongue. That was my food and they acted like their friend was more important than i was she got her food before i did. i was so angry i was about to cry. By the time i got my full order i was furious Mac and cheese was cold i said nothing just wanted to eat the food it took forever to get and get out of there. It was insulting that their friend was more important than we were. then i got an untrue reason why she got fries 1st. Guess a bad excuse is better than none. Friends over customer loyalty is their MO.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. If I was told they dug my food out of the dumpster I wouldn't be surprised. This place would greatly benefit from mandatory drug testing!!! Avoid this place at all costs!!!

I placed an online order for pick up at 6:15. We had to wait. Order wasn't ready until 6:37! We had to wait 22 minutes for the food.
We ordered a chiplote sandwich. Staff said they were out of chiplote sauce for months. So, they had to do a substitute.

It has been over 2 years since I have eaten Kentucky Fried Chicken because I was so disappointed. Decided to try again since just had mouth surgery. I ordered an individual side of mashed potatoes with gravy and Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was cold so I heated it up at home. The food was good and the biscuit was great, warm and fresh. The gentleman was very nice and friendly. Will try again.

First of all I just wanted to say the food was delicious and perfect the service was beyond exceptional I can say that the manager Jason was really helpful , courteous and polite and went above and beyond to serve us like we expected. we didn't have to wait long before we ordered it was just a few seconds and we were greeted. Our order was promptly taken I got to say the atmosphere was wonderful I noticed everyone wash their hands which is a plus and our food was really fresh and delicious I would recommend going to Hartselle KFC!
Never going here again. The food is just garbage and a waste of money. The chicken is either over cooked or under cooked while some how still dripping in oil. I haven't had bad customer service but the food has been terrible every time for a while now.
