After not coming for several months, decided to eat lunch here. Everything was good, until after the first few bites I looked over and saw a mama roach and baby roach crawling beside me. The waitress was so nice about it and asked if we wanted to leave or move tables, but I definitely lost my appetite after seeing the roaches.

Let me say. I live in SoCal. I’m from Decatur and went back home for thanksgiving. We went to eat here and unfortunately I’d had just eaten a biscuit at home so I wasn’t too hungry. But I’ve been to many restaurants here in La and Orange County and I can’t find one to compare to Lucky. And the price was amazing. We all 3 ate for what one would eat at a comparable place here. Can’t wait to go back. I’m gonna make sure I’m empty when I go. So good and they were very nice. Thanks for a nice visit.

Hidden gem with great service and food!! The food is delicious. They do an awesome job at keeping everything fresh and yummy!. Service is great and everyone is very nice. I was greeted as soon as I walked in with a smile and left happy with a full belly. The price is perfect for a family night dinner. Definitely will be back!!!

Crab rangoon...nearly empty. Egg rolls and spring rolls nearly empty of content. Beef and chicken are stringy. Chick on a stick...dry and tough. Egg drop soup is good though. Shrimp...pick it put from the vat. Same with chicken and beef. Not much to select from. They use to have the best sirloin tips..they are gone. Several of the meats (beef and chicken) are severely over breaded. We need a new buffet in Hartselle.

The place was very clean. There was not a big selection of food to pick from. The ingredients in the food could have been better quality. Some items were chewy when it was not supposed to be. The iced tea, egg drop soup, and selection of ice cream was good.

guess I'm done eating there. my family gets takeout from there usually once a week and mine is either just barely edible or inedible. soup tastes like bleach, rice isn't good, fried rice is bland and hard and definitely scooped off the buffet. tonight I got curry chicken and there was chunks of old curry roux floating all in it. no care was taken in the meal preparation at all. we'll be going to Decatur to eat Chinese from now on.

Stop by on a roadtrip thru Alabama last night. Not a fancy restaurant but it is clean and everything was very tasty. Selection was not huge but that’s better in my opinion. They have quality over quantity. All the entrees were delicious and I really liked both types of egg rolls and the hot and sour soup. The price was very low for the great food. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

First visit for dinner on a Saturday. While the restaurant was surprisingly empty, there were many people getting carry-out while we were eating.Salad bar was a nice touch. Variety of Asain buffet favorites, all tasty. Good looking sushi options. Lots of dessert options, including several flavors of hand-dipped ice cream.Three adults w/drinks & tax was about $40.
