I don't know what they are doing different but this place has gotten so much better! I have worked all over the US and I used to say this was the worst McDonald's I had ever been to. They seem to have new workers and it is so much better!

Food is not even good for a Mcdonalds and the drive thru window made me wanna barf, smells like sewage. On top of that extremely rude staff 9/10 times, you get a good one once in a blue moon. Also your order will be wrong, be prepared.

Food was fine but burger meat was dryer than usual, ordered 2 double qtr pounders, one with no onion, 2 large fries and one iced coffee, simple right?, paid for that too. Got them home, opened the bag, basic qtr pounder with small fries and one double qtr pounder with large fries. Sure, I could have driven 4 miles back on my busy day, and had it fixed. There is no excuse for messing up a simple order!! If you can’t get that right then you have no future.

Won’t let you PAY for a cup of whip cream anymore. Always got one for my dog, said management at this specific McDonald’s said they aren’t allowed to do that anymore, didn’t give a reason at all.

i know it's such a trivial thing to be upset about & i'm grateful i even have the ability to buy fast food from time to time, but come on... its the principal of the thing. and the fact that we're actually not getting what we paid for. $1.19 for a STRIP of bacon.. that i did not receive. this mcdonalds continues to disappoint ☺️🙄
edit to add: asked for 2 blueberry & 1 apple pie. got 3 blueberry. thanks..

Let me start with this! Corrina, Hannah and nica with the pink hair made my experience worth the visit. Nica had my order within seconds of ordering. Hannah made sure I was being served promptly. The store manager came out to see how my service was. This is how a McDonald's should be run. These three women made sure my experience here was good. If any of these 3 are removed from this location I will not be hack
