So its all Artificial Intelligence now, when you do get a Representative they are a 3rd party. Then they quoted me one price but added an additional 7 dollars for delivery fees. Nope, so then say I give the driver a 7 dollar tip because I always tip good. So 14 extra dollars. In fact the drivers even say wow thanks. However Im not supporting a 7 dollar fee that doesn't even go to the driver. I guess it goes to the store. How genius, basically 7 dollars all day long for every delivery which is 90 percent of their buissness. Pathetic. For sub par junk.

I can't believe today I stopped by after work to get a pizza to take home around 12pm on a Saturday & the restaurant was closed. No sign or information was posted to the door the place was locked up & no lights on. It was hard to believe on a Saturday at lunch time this normally busy place was closed???

I did not go inside. I just dont understand what is happening with papajohns use to be my favorite, now any pizzas i have ordered are always to soft and undercooked, and if cooked all the way, the dough is not firm and wilty and wimpy, ... you cannot hold a slice in your hand, maybe after 24 hours lol so iam disappointed ? people were friendly, and was delivered timely.
