When you order delivery they typically don’t put ice cream on the brownie so it won’t melt. Understandable, but I waddled my pregnant butt inside to ask them about it because I didn’t know that and once I saw the ice cream on the photo it was too late and I had to have it. As soon as I told them I was pregnant and wanted to eat it in the car they ran to make sure I was taken care of and even brought me a spoon for it! The rest of the meal was also incredible and fresh. Overall excellent service, delicious food, and a staff who really understands people and helps make them happy!

First visit to the Guntersville location did not disappoint! Great atmosphere, menu is well laid out with something for everyone. Mega bonus points for gluten friendly options on appetizers, entrees and drinks!!! The on tap drink selection was quite impressive at 22 options ranging from local domestics to imports. Our meal was absolutely delicious and the service was perfect!
10/10 would highly recommend!

We had booked the party room last Friday August 30th for Saturday September 6th followed up with them on Wednesday September 3rd was told everything was good then on Thursday September 4th was left a voicemail that the room wasn’t available due to double booking and they couldn’t quarantee us a place to sit downstairs we had a party of 15, that’s fine we went to western sizzling had party room fantastic server and food was amazing but then found out from a reliable source that the room was used for the restaurant to have their own private party bad way to do business and they lost a lot of paying customers.

It was packed so clearly a lot of people like it, but unfortunately for us, it wasn't too great. We got the cheese bread for the appetizer and there was barely any cheese on it and half the pieces had no cheese on them at all. The pizza we got had good flavor, but the crust was way too crunchy and burnt in a lot of areas. For how busy it was, the service was good and the atmosphere was family friendly and great!
I had my 30th birthday party at Pizza Ed in Guntersville, and everyone was fantastic!! Shay was our server and just exceeded any expectations of a server one may have. She was GREAT and SO kind, and everyone in my party loved her!!! Thank you so much for everything, Shay! You are such a bright light!! 💞💞

This is one our all time favorite pizza places! The sourdough crust has such developed flavor and the plum tomato sauce is light and flavorful. This place uses quality ingredients which makes the difference! We had the breadstcks, which were a dinner roll consistency and weren't my favorite. But the Greek salad and Greek dressing were incredible! Our supreme pizza was just the right thickness and topped with the perfect amount of ingredients. The roasted red peppers on the pizza were plentiful and delicious. We've had the awesome cheesecake for dessert before, but were too stuffed to order it this time because we opted for the salad! Next time though! Oh, and our server was on point! We went on a Tuesday night around 6:30 pm and they were packed! Only 2 servers and another lady helping deliver food to tables. But everyone was being served perfectly! I didn't see one person complaining or annoyed. It took us 4 or 5 minutes to get a seat when we entered because there were 2 dirty tables, but as soon as they were cleaned, we were seated and promptly waited on. If you want good pizza that's not a chain restaurant, this is the place to go!

We came here for the deep dish pizza. Service was great. The pizza had a great taste. The outside crust was almost burned but was ok. After waiting 30 minutes I expected to have to wait a few minutes to eat due to a hot, hot pizza. But the inside of the pizza was not hot at all. Actually cool in a few of the bites. My thought is that the pizza was cooked at too high of a temperature and the outside got almost over done while the inside did not get finished cooking.
Again, the pizza had a great taste but just not cooked properly.
