We visited last Saturday during spring break at the Guntersville location. The staff were awesome and busting their tails getting orders taken and food out quickly. We had a large group and we were very pleased! Our pizzas were hot and delicious!! The Cubby, Chicken Alfredo, Bacon Cheeseburger and The Hawaiian were all hits!

Pizza Ed’s catered a wedding at our venue in November 2024 and the service was excellent. The food was hot and right on time!!

Food was quite good however, service left a lot to be desired. The server was not attentive to our drinks and the kitchen could have timed the food better. We ordered cheese sticks as an appetizer, a square pizza, a pasta dish and wings. The pizza and pasta (with forgotten breadsticks) was brought out about the same time, but the wings were nowhere near ready so we spent approximately 10 more minutes waiting on the wings so my child would not have to just sit and watch us eat while he didn't have his wings.

Hands down the worst service I've ever had in a restaurant. I will not be returning to this establishment after the treatment we had on the visit . The first time I came here everything awesome. Courteous staff and great food . The second trip ...not so much ignored at the door , then the hostess finally gets around to asking where we would like to be seated and promptly ignores our booth request. Then they were offended by me clearing it up and reinforcing the fact we requested a booth . Then they made sure everyone else that came in after us was served first .

They added back the pasta dishes! Ask for the vodka sauce rigatoni with italian sausage. The sausage isn't on the menu, but me and the owners wife agree is certainly should be! The chicago is our fav, especially reheating the leftovers in the oven the next day. The small greek salad is almost a meal. Reg crust is so good and has that chew and flavor i long for in pizza. The owner trained at pizza school in nyc and imported oven from Italy. A few good local craft beers as well. We try NOT to go every week...
