The absolute worst customer service from the gentleman working in the kitchen I believe I have ever had. Will not be going back.

Our school places a large order from this Pizza Hut location several times a month. The pizzas are always hot and delicious. Jackie and Jake go above and beyond and always make sure our delivery is on time, accurate, and our school needs are met!

I just wanted to give a shoutout to the staff for accommodating for our 8u girls basketball team party. Tabby (I think is her name) was so helpful and pleasant and provided excellent service for all of our girls and their parents. It's the 2nd year in a row that we've done this, and we will be back next year! Thanks to all the staff for being so helpful as well. Food was delicious!

My pizza had a long dark hair in it and I reported it to management and was told someone would reach out to me within the next 3 days to resolve the problem but that was weeks ago and despite trying to follow up with them, they ignored the situation completely. Own up to your mistakes and handle your business appropriately.

I was waiting for 30 minutes in the lobby and nobody was inside didn't get greeted or nothing even called the phone inside while waiting and nobody answered so left and while pulling out the parking lot 2 people workers was outside smoking so we went to pizza ed

If I could give a 0, I sure would. So I place an order online a place for doordash! And they don't give you options for parmesan cheese or extra sauce etc etc! So I called the store and ask them cuz they just put in a pack of the crust peppers and Parmesan and he told me that I had to make a whole new order just for sauces I guess that's what they call crushed red pepper and Parmesan in a pack so he thought I was going to pay $5.99 for them to deliver that! And then I asked for the corporate phone number in which I was told they don't have a number! So anybody who reads this review if you know a number I can call please send it to me! Because I know how to run a business I do it daily! And this made me so mad socio mad this man was so lazy he did not want to walk 2 ft over and put a pack of parmesan cheese in a bag! I would love for someone to send me the district manager's number and whoever else because I'm going to talk to somebody I sure am just watch young man who is there tonight just watch
I asked for French dressing to go with my pizza. The man at the window told me they do not have any French only Ranch. I told him its on the salad bar. He goes and gets Thousand Island and says that's the French dressing. So I parked my car and went into the restaurant. And low and behold they had French on the salad bar. Please make sure your employees know the products .....

Got a pizza exactly how I ordered it but when I got home I was juggling groceries and water and I ended up dropping my pizza on the garage floor. I called and told them it was totally my fault and the guy was nice enough to replace it. Much appreciated since I'm the one to blame for dropping it.
