Been ordering here for years. When they are busy, they act like your street is an invalid address. Lazy folks, decent pizza when they decide you can have it.

On line states order had been delivered at 5:12pm, at 5:17pm I called the location because the food had still not been delivered. I was placed on hold for 10mins and told my food was delivered to the wrong address and would be remade and delivered. Ok not the most horrible thing but then the driver shows up with my food. I asked why did it say it was delivered and he explained that dispatch has them go ahead and say they are delivered even when they are not. The store called to verify that I had received my food and I asked him why they did that, I thought the tracker was so we knew when our food would be delivered. He explained they do that to help with delivery times, so they appear lower. I asked if his managers knew that they were cheating on their times and was informed the store manager does and pretty sure the district manager did. So why even have the tracker?

Staying in Hartselle to visit family and ordered Pizza Hut for delivery last minute. The pizza was ready and delivered super quick! Also the pizza tasted great!

I ordered a large pizza half meat lovers half cheese. Would have been great BUT the only sauce was around the outside edge. The rest, especially on the cheese half was only cheese and bread. Tasted like cardboard.

The Servers are excellent! Tara is a credit to this business! Others are wonderful, as well. Food is always good and well priced. The dining room makes a difference. It is so nice to go inside and sit. We are weekly customers! ❤️

pizza was not done in the middle and we had ordered light sauce..had to take a paper towel to wipe off the gobs of sauce..this is the 2nd time we have ordered and it was done this way

We had a good lunch today. Pizza, Supreme, cheese and pepperoni. The place looks great. Nice and very clean. Grandkids loved the arcade games.
