Mine and my daughter tater tots was cooked too hard I asked them to replace the tots and then the manager got smart and rude with me I wish I could give this place a zero star I will not be back I’ll go to a different sonic next time worst service ever don’t waste your money.

Took forever to place an order for my girlfriend I don't even eat sonic but my experience was pretty bad had to move to THREE different stalls to place my order wasting gas just sitting and no one said the stalls didn't work poor customer service

I went to the Hartselle Sonic and ordered my Mom and I a burger after church on Sunday 12/01/24 and I checked to make sure there were two burgers and two fries but did not open the box that my Moms sandwich was in until we were home and there was nothing but meat cheese and toppings in this box no bun at all. I went right back and when they asked if they could take my order I told them I needed to talk to someone and why, I waited a bit and someone came and told me the manager would be out as soon as she had time, so I continued to wait but after a few minutes I decided I was not waiting another second, so I took the bag with the burger with no bun and put it on one of their outside tables and left! I have heard multiple people complain about this restaurant but I’ve never had a problem until the last two visits. I ordered a couple of the red velvet shakes a couple weeks ago and they were not fit to drink, and had I not already had one from a different location I probably would never try one again but I know they are delicious if made correctly. I will never be back to this location and everyone I know will know how bad the service and food and obviously the management is!

This small side of queso is $1 I’ve gotten it before and it wasn’t this small. If y’all are going to charge for this, you should at least be filling it up. Also, the only sonic I’ve ever been to that charges for a thing of ranch? Staff is rude.

I won't go back til I receive a call back from my last weeks visit explaining why it took 25 minutes to receive my order AFTER the notification time of my online order arrival time was set of my online order was confirmed!!
WORST SERVICE EVER SOLD MY WIFE AND I MELTED MILKSHAKES AND MELTED SLUSH’s ON OUR 7th ANNIVERSARY WE TALKED TO THE MANAGER SHE COULD CARE LESS ASKED DOR THE GENERAL MANAGER AND SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY TYPE OF WAY GETTING IN TOUCH THE GENERAL MANGER OR OWNER SO WE JUST BASICALLY GOT ROBBED FOR OUR MONEY GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION YALL !!!
