We came to this Sonic during lunch on a Saturday and had a great experience. All the girls were so sweet, told all the customers around us to have a blessed day and were so detailed making sure everyone was taken care of and had everything they needed and were being nice and patient with another person in-training. Great job!

Pulled pork “Totchos” are NOTchos!!! I saw the glammed up pic they use to advertise and even though I knew it would be nothing THAT, sure didn’t expect the mess I got. There was nothing remotely resembling pulled pork on those tots. The meat resembled ground beef in a taco except there was more bits of fat chunks and gristle balls in it than anything else. I apologize I didn’t take a pic of it but I was so disgusted at what I was served that I chunked it in my trash with out touching a bite. Save yourself the trouble, stick to true BBQ restaurants for good pork & don’t waste your money on this. I would love to see Sonic big wigs eat that. smh.

Seems like if this place doesn't deem your tip good enough you get poor service. They also make you select tip BEFORE you get your food. Drinks tasted weird and tots tasted like oil did not even get hot food for the price I paid. Will not be returning I'd rather spend money on a 5 dollar bag at Wendy'

Good food, good employees, but the app is a complete waste of time.I spent a long time customizing an order in the app, but it wouldn't let me check out. It just sat there spinning . I went to the local store and the speaker wasn't working right, they could barely hear me. They said try restarting the app so I went to app settings, did Force Stop, and reopened it. Then it let me check out, but when I tried Place Order it just spun again for four minutes before I finally gave up, drove to a different speaker that worked, and ordered at the store, losing two different app-only discounts.If you're going to offer some discounts ONLY in the app, you need to make sure the app actually works. It's ridiculous that employees can't manually enter discounts offered in the app, especially when the app DOES NOT WORK.I'm running up to date Android on a Pixel phone and I regularly check for app updates. Data and location were on. I restarted the app and the phone. The problem was in the app.

***Update: I'm really frustrated at this point with the online services at this location and need to find a way to reach out to somebody in order to have this addressed. For the past four weeks, I have tried to order the half priced burgers that are advertised on Tuesday, every single time they have their online ordering turned off. I decided to just try and order it at the restaurant today, and they told me that it had to be ordered online in order to get the half priced promotion. I'm not sure how the online ordering works, so I may be wrong, but I feel like they are turning it off in order to boost sales and/or not get so busy during rushes. They seem to have a decent staff so if they have the option to turn it off like I've seen at other restaurants then I think is more along the lines of their sales and that's just not right.*** I frequent here quite often and use the Sonic app in order to catch the deals that they offer and get my drinks half off and honestly since they've built this new location (I guess it's not really new now) they have been a whole lot better than they used to be, I've yet to have an instance where my food was not made properly and it's always hot and fresh and the ice cream is just really on point now. The only complaint I could have is that they sometimes turn off the online ordering, and while I understand they have their reasons it does deter me from going there because I can't get the discount and such that I'm specifically going for since you have to use the app in order to get those things now.
