Placed an online order, get there and the order was still being made. My wife sees her sandwich wasn't toasted and kindly asked if she could get it toasted. I believe the employees name is Kate or Katie, very rude middle aged lady with pony tail. She had to make it very obvious that it wasnt marked to be toasted and was rude to my wife when all she had to do was toast the sandwich. Will not come here again

Stopped to get granddaughters a pizza. Wanted 3 ice waters with it. Give them a $20 and got 4.00 and some change back. I’m like how much is that pizza. I look at receipt and pizza was 6.99. Ok, look on down and they charged me $6.57 plus tax for ice waters. Oh heck no!!!!!! I get the girls attention and she comes to window. I tell her she can cancel those waters and give me my money back. Which the manager had to come over and approve of cancellation. Well they give me my money back but never again will I stop at subway in Hartselle AL. They can keep their water!!!!!! It was tap water!!!!

Someone that use to work there, I was disappointed at first! I came during the day around 11am on a monday and my sandwich was not the best. I went last night (Wednesday) my food was FANTASTIC. The best sandwich everrr. Was so fresh and so neat. The young man that was at the window was very respectful and the manager Chas was very professional and took her time with my food. 1000/10 I WILL BE BACK!

I eat here 2x a week for my dinner when I work late, I have never had any problems with the quality of food or the service. They always have my food ready with a smile. The restaurant is clean (tables, floor, restrooms) If you're on a diet and want something tasty on the cheap Subway is the place.

Recently I went into the Subway in Hartselle to get some lunch on my break. My immediate impression was that it looked clean and the first person I spoke to was Kat and she started my sandwich she was very friendly and she greeted me with a big smile and asked what can I get started for you ma'am she immediately began making my sandwich without any issues she then passed it to the next person beside her which was a young lady named Lizzy she was also very nice and polite she did a great job with all of the toppings I asked for and even suggested a good sauce to go with my sandwich which turned out to be so very good. I will definitely stop and get food there again as long as the two of them are there.

I came into get a foot long Hot Honey chicken on flatbread before I had to go to work the lady heading the line that started my sandwich Kat was really friendly and attentive I didn't have to repeatedly tell her what I wanted, when I got to the veggie portion the only person that even asked what I wanted was Lizzy she also did an amazing job and even customized the sauce portions on my sandwich. These two ladies honestly gave me the best service and food I have ever received from the Hartselle location.

Wheelchair accessibility: Unknown. Although, I use a walker and when I asked for a bag for my food (so I could hang it on my walker handle so I could use both hands on the walker at home), staff was and is accomodating/polite.

I understand being shorthanded, HOWEVER, Reany or whatever her name is, was absolutely RUDE. Tossing bread onto the counter, and having an attitude that is uncalled for not just with me, but the people in front and behind me. She should not be in any position where she has to interact with people. She also had a filthy shirt and greasy hair. Very disgusting be handling food. Do better Hartselle.
