My hubby and I just moved into Hartselle and wanted to try this subway for the first time, well that was a terrible mistake. This has to be the absolute worst subway I've ever eaten! We made an online order and actually ended up running a little late to pick it up but when we arrive the lady tells us that they just started making it. No problem, we wait. We get the food home and it's wrong. We ordered regular bread on both subs, not toasted... The bread had been toasted so much it was as hard as the counter top, literally couldn't even bite it, on both of them. I ordered my sub with bacon and paid for extra bacon and it was so flimsy like it never got cooked. To top it all off, while we were waiting on our food to be made we asked if the sweet tea was sweet or not and she said yes it was so we ordered a large one.. another mistake because it didn't seem to have any sugar and tasted like it had oil in it. when we asked if we had gotten unsweet the other lady says you definitely got the sweet tea. So gross.. No way will we ever eat there again. I didn't even call to complain because I didn't want to attempt to choke down another awful meal from there 🤢 No thank you!

Placed an online order, get there and the order was still being made. My wife sees her sandwich wasn't toasted and kindly asked if she could get it toasted. I believe the employees name is Kate or Katie, very rude middle aged lady with pony tail. She had to make it very obvious that it wasnt marked to be toasted and was rude to my wife when all she had to do was toast the sandwich. Will not come here again
This is one of the cleanest and most lovely fast food restaurants ever. Staff is amazing. No complaints here.

Stopped to get granddaughters a pizza. Wanted 3 ice waters with it. Give them a $20 and got 4.00 and some change back. I’m like how much is that pizza. I look at receipt and pizza was 6.99. Ok, look on down and they charged me $6.57 plus tax for ice waters. Oh heck no!!!!!! I get the girls attention and she comes to window. I tell her she can cancel those waters and give me my money back. Which the manager had to come over and approve of cancellation. Well they give me my money back but never again will I stop at subway in Hartselle AL. They can keep their water!!!!!! It was tap water!!!!

Someone that use to work there, I was disappointed at first! I came during the day around 11am on a monday and my sandwich was not the best. I went last night (Wednesday) my food was FANTASTIC. The best sandwich everrr. Was so fresh and so neat. The young man that was at the window was very respectful and the manager Chas was very professional and took her time with my food. 1000/10 I WILL BE BACK!

I eat here 2x a week for my dinner when I work late, I have never had any problems with the quality of food or the service. They always have my food ready with a smile. The restaurant is clean (tables, floor, restrooms) If you're on a diet and want something tasty on the cheap Subway is the place.
