Only drive-through visited. Staff is friendly, patient with questions, accommodating for those with disabilities and helpful.

Vegetarian options: You can order a sandwich, wrap, or protein bowl

Wheelchair accessibility: Unknown. Although, I use a walker and when I asked for a bag for my food (so I could hang it on my walker handle so I could use both hands on the walker at home), staff was and is accomodating/polite.

I understand being shorthanded, HOWEVER, Reany or whatever her name is, was absolutely RUDE. Tossing bread onto the counter, and having an attitude that is uncalled for not just with me, but the people in front and behind me. She should not be in any position where she has to interact with people. She also had a filthy shirt and greasy hair. Very disgusting be handling food. Do better Hartselle.

Watching employees on their phones waiting at front counter. Someone walks in door and they finally get off their phones and serve him as if I wasn’t there. I informed them I had been standing there for over 10 minutes but it didn’t seem to phase them. Decided not to order and I won’t be coming back.

Don't try to used a coupon if you are getting roast beef. They will not accept it. And don't asked for heavy onions on ham they will put maybe like 10 pieces of onions on it. The lady is very rude

I frequently order on the app. Very frequently. I ordered the same sandwich. I always ordered today and when I got it, the bread was so hard. I couldn’t even put a dent in it. I had to take everything off the bread in order just to have something to eat for lunch.When I called the restaurant they offered to replace what I hadn’t eaten. And then when I went back up there, they laughed at me. They thought it was funny. Someone calls me back just to argue and say I threatened the employees. What I said was I would just hook them up with a google review. She then said they don’t care about google or reviews. This place is ridiculous.

Well, after spending over $32 for three foot long subs, NONE of them were made correctly! When I called and spoke to a manager, I was told that I would need to bring the uneaten food back to them in order to have it replaced. First of all, that’s against health department guidelines for a restaurant to bring food back into a restaurant. Second, the store was closed by the time that I got home so I called the next morning…. meaning even if I had all the uneaten food, it would be gross all together. And Third, since when does a restaurant not correct an order, especially one that was that expensive? I understand there may be “certain rules” but I have my receipt proving that I spent more than $32 at their restaurant, as well as part of the food that is uneaten, which is clearly not as I ordered it! This is unacceptable! I even asked to have the owner, whom I have had previous good interactions with and I was told I would not be allowed to speak with him! I can’t even call Subway Corporate because apparently “each store has their own rules!” What a disappointing experience with the Hartselle (Subway) on October 22, 2024!

The last two times I have ordered here they have skimped on produce. The last time I ordered online, it was completely wrong! I had no cheese and the produce on it was very little. When I worked at Subway, we put six slices of tomato on a footlong. I received four, with a couple spinach leaves, and a handful of lettuce. I asked for onions,olives,bell peppers,and banana peppers. I can't forget the flat bread was burnt on the ends and broke off like a cracker. I might use the last discount on my account, otherwise im not coming back.

When the worker writes down 5 sandwich orders you generally expect to get 5 sandwiches, but apparently not here. I suppose I didn't actually want supper after leaving the ball field anyway....
