Tonight was worse costumer service. My order was complete wrong. Had go back twice. No folks or knives and my drink was wrong. They nothing to correct it. When I tried to go in to talk to the manager the door was locked and the crew run. I very much disappointed with this crew Tonight.
My husband, walking with aid of a cane stood at the counter to place an order, from 6:12 pm til 6:38 pm. No one spoke or even acknowledged his presence. He counted eight employees few of them working. Wont go back. Can I give a minus 10 stars???

Honestly I don’t even do google reviews but this deserved one lol. After work (7pm) I went to Wendy’s and the lady at the speaker was very sweet and patient with my order and I went to the second window and got my food in a timely manner. Everything seemed okay. And then I got home and started eating my bacon burger. The meat was pink 😂. Idk how it came to that but I’d suggest checking your meat before you hand it out Wendy’s! Other than that the fries were fresh and I’m just displeased about my burger.
