Normally love Zaxby’s but tonight I ordered on the app and went to pick up but didn’t look at my food till I got home and let me tell you idk why I paid $12 for a boneless wings and things but this meal is an absolute joke. Tenders are no bigger than the wings and I have maybe 15-20 fries total. Total waste of money. I didn’t expect much from fast food workers but yall are even more of a joke than I thought

we had a very bad doordash experience and they remade our entire order and even gave us extra sauces they were absolutely amazing the entire crew id tip each of them individually if i could best service ive ever had!!!!!! aswell as it was very clean and nice in there !!

It took us about 30 minutes to get our food but it was fresh and hot. Super clean restaurant and bathrooms. We got the zax pack big box to split and it was lacking a bit in fries but overall good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Every single time I come to Zaxbys drive-thru at this location in Hartselle, they always fail to give me my entire order whether it’s sauce, toast, drinks, etc. So realistically I pay full price and don’t get all my food. I typically have larger orders cause I feed 5 people in my family but this makes me not want to eat here often. Not good service.

I frequent this establishment often because I love the salads and boneless wings, but after dealing with Kaitlyn's attitude my last visit - I will make my salads at home. To be the "Manager" of a public business she lacks key qualities, like respect for the individual, customer service capabilities, and simple manners. It's really sad when one sour apple ruins the bunch. If I could give zero stars, I would across the board, because a bad attitude ruins decent food. Especially when spending $30+. Someone should address this lady's issue before she attacks more of Zaxby's other repeat customers.

Ordered 2 Cobb salads 1 fried, 1 grilled and got home to see they were not even the same. My grilled chicken needs to be cooked longer or made with fresh it’s not even edible. The lettuce is brown and not even a full bowl. There was one crumble of bacon (no joke) and no cheese. Looks like it was someone’s lunch and they served it to us after they finished eating on it. To be paying almost $30 for a salad you would think more effort would be made into making the food. What a waste.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I came here, I got a grilled chicken salad with ranch dressing, the dressing tasted so nasty I couldn’t eat it. My chicken needed to be cooked a little longer. The lettuce wasn’t fresh, the tomatoes and cucumbers were slightly warm. The only thing edible was the boiled egg. This place has so many bad reviews, I won’t be back. Do better.

**Update 01/31/2025: $30 order and nibbler meal Fry's are almost raw with no seasoning. What is going on here guys? That's unexcusable and I would like a refund!
Original review: The food is usually good, the texas toast is usually old, you can tell it must have sat under a heat lamp for a while prior to being served. The drive thru staff use huge scoops to fill any size cup almost all the way up with Ice. I didnt order ice, I ordered a drink. On average a large 32 oz. Cup is full of so much ice you only receive around 10 ounces of actual drink. That is rediculous!
This was our first good experience at this location. It was good, in fact, it was PERFECT! Made up for any of the bad!!! Cody W was literally the sweetest and the food was on point!! Keep up the good work!

One of my very favorite places to eat in Hartselle and absolutely love wings and things! I also wanted to come on here and thank the sweet girl tonight that was working the drive thru for her sweet comment!!
I love zaxbys perfect every single time.
Our order was taken down improperly at drive through on an ipad by a lady. No big deal. But when we asked for our drink that was left off when we pulled around to drive through, the lady at the window was extremely rude about it. After i said thank you, she just slammed the window shut. Because of this we will not be going back to this Zaxby’s. This took place on Saturday 10/12/2024 around 5-6pm

Ordered 2 salads and it took 20 minutes. After waiting all this time, discovered they had messed up my order!
Husband & I ordered salads online. I chose drive thru. We drove into the parking lot & went through the drive thru & WAITED for someone to acknowledge us on the speaker. The restaurant wasn't busy & it took some time for someone to acknowledge there was a car @ the drive thru. We were told to pull up for what seemed like a few more minutes. Frustrated, but politely, I went in & asked for my online order & gave my name. I looked around thr restaurant & asked why it took so long for the order to be prepared. No response, but there was a lady who looked in her mid to late 20's there sweeping & glared @ me. I looked @ her & said "excuse me?". Please educate your staff on courtesy to customers & promptness of delivery. Educate them to respond to customers if there is a wait & what the reason for the wait is. I promise 9/10 times your customers understand especially those who are middle aged. We get it. We were young too but some of us want to just have a heads up especially when we order online & it takes far longer than the estimated time of food readiness.
