Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I visit frequently for a grilled cheese on my lunch. I place the order online and go through the drive through, more times than not my sauce is forgotten. It has gotten increasingly worse and the staff (older lady at window) has gotten rude!

Zaxby boxes have pretty decent chicken strips but 40 bucks for a couple hands full of chicken fingers, some texas toast style bread and a few French fries is hardly any sort of money well spent.

This is the worst Zaxbys I’ve ever been to and it’s not even close. I love Zaxbys. Zaxbys is good and has great food. This Zaxbys does not. Cold food, late food, not as much food as you paid for, tiny tenders. There is never drinks in the drink machine, and when there are drinks they’re flat. The list goes on forever. If I can avoid it I will never return here. Terrible restaurant.

This particular zaxby’s makes me want to go to every zaxby’s less now😅 the coke machine never has crisp coke, it’s always borderline water. The fried cheese bites are so dry and old that they’re inedible, and they don’t have marinara sauce for them anymore. I wouldn’t have ordered them at all if I knew either of these things beforehand, and never will again. The chicken pieces have too much chewy bits that you have to spit out. It’s never a pleasant experience here anymore

Ordered two of the cookie butter milkshakes but unfortunately they were served melted. VERY DISAPPOINTING for $12! The moment we walked in our presence was known but employees continued to talk to each other like we weren’t there and the fact that it took somebody to finally serve us is beyond me. Overall the food was okay but the tenders were a little on the skimpy side.

I adore the young lady who takes my order! I walk to Zaxby’s from work to get some food on days I don’t bring my own lunch. She’s the sweetest and always takes great care of me! I’m gonna call her Chas— I don’t wanna chop up the spelling of her name. 🥹 you’re appreciated!

ordered Cobb salad & bacon chicken ranch fries, & 1 zax nibbler cheese was cold on food as if the food wasn’t even hot, ranch everywhere & I asked to have tongue torch on my fries they charged me for it but didn’t put it on there I asked if they would fix it and the girl told me they don’t take food back thru the window she can just give me a packet, I then just asked for a refund & she quickly took the food back then, which she could’ve just did it right the first time, nibble was dry but atleast the tender was okay, some of the lettuce was welted in the salad as well. If u see the lines not packed don’t go🥲 should’ve listen to my gut. Went to the zaxbys in Decatur to get me some more fries & THISSS IS HOW ITS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE.

Normally love Zaxby’s but tonight I ordered on the app and went to pick up but didn’t look at my food till I got home and let me tell you idk why I paid $12 for a boneless wings and things but this meal is an absolute joke. Tenders are no bigger than the wings and I have maybe 15-20 fries total. Total waste of money. I didn’t expect much from fast food workers but yall are even more of a joke than I thought

we had a very bad doordash experience and they remade our entire order and even gave us extra sauces they were absolutely amazing the entire crew id tip each of them individually if i could best service ive ever had!!!!!! aswell as it was very clean and nice in there !!

It took us about 30 minutes to get our food but it was fresh and hot. Super clean restaurant and bathrooms. We got the zax pack big box to split and it was lacking a bit in fries but overall good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Every single time I come to Zaxbys drive-thru at this location in Hartselle, they always fail to give me my entire order whether it’s sauce, toast, drinks, etc. So realistically I pay full price and don’t get all my food. I typically have larger orders cause I feed 5 people in my family but this makes me not want to eat here often. Not good service.

I frequent this establishment often because I love the salads and boneless wings, but after dealing with Kaitlyn's attitude my last visit - I will make my salads at home. To be the "Manager" of a public business she lacks key qualities, like respect for the individual, customer service capabilities, and simple manners. It's really sad when one sour apple ruins the bunch. If I could give zero stars, I would across the board, because a bad attitude ruins decent food. Especially when spending $30+. Someone should address this lady's issue before she attacks more of Zaxby's other repeat customers.
