Got dinner for me and the kids my burger I ordered it with no lettuce I got home it had just lettuce and tomato on it and it was raw ! Blood had soaked into the bun it was so raw ! When I walk in the lady at the counter didn’t say hey what can I help you with or anything she just said what it is what’s wrong didn’t say anything else to me very rude !

Took my grandson this morning after his football game. My order total was 11.28. When I got to the window I handed the employee a $10 in cash and then said please put balance on card….and she said that would be $1.28. Just checked my bank account and not only did she run the $1.28 but also the full $11.28. Of course, she didn’t give me a receipt and no one is answering the phone.

Sat and waited 30 minutes just too order at the speaker, had a mobile order so was told too pull forward, did such, and then when they tried too hand the wrong order i told them i had a mobile, the girl at the window slams the window shut and starts slinging stuff, i get night shift can be rough. But this has happened on multiple occasions of people with bad attitudes. The need too reevaluate their night shift at this location.

I really enjoyed the young man that took my order. Very clear and could understand everything from the mic. & speaker & his voice. Order was accurate & on point..When I pulled around to pay i was greated by the same young man who I spoke to on the mic.. He greeted me with the most lovely compliment of my car, & took my $$$ and then had a wonderful conversation about cars, family, etc. While I waited for my fried food to be freshly prepared. Once food was ready, I proceeded to next window for pick up. Where i was greeted with a smile & the the young lady assured all my stuff was in bag with sauce and all. All the staff that night..2 young ladies & the young man were exceptional with service & I would definitely return. Wasn't too busy when I got there and maybe that's why I got the attention but tonight's crew was definitely on point & should be complimented for the exceptional service they provided. Keep up the good work BK..and the Harvest location & staff.. Will be back!!!!

Im back 8-8-25- still very good young man did a very good job. Went through drive thru. I got a number 5 only bbq sauce on the double cheeseburger with onion rings. I put the onion rings on the burger & it’s delicious. Must try it.
The manager was confused and didn't listen to his employees, saying the shake machine wasn't working. Gave me 2 chocolate shakes that were chocolate thawed out mess. Classic chicken sandwiches were dried out. 4 hours in the freezer at home to thicken them up just to consume them.

Worst food experience/ peoples experience I’ve ever had in my life. Very messy and unprofessional ( Jen) I believe her name was literally watches the staff struggle and won’t help at all also very rude and dishonest

They’re always short staffed and takes forever to just order your food. Staff is rude, they do not provide receipts unless you ask them, but even then you have to wait to ask since they throw the food at you and immediately shut the window. Poorly ran location ever since I’ve lived in harvest, about 5 years now.

Trenton at the window tonight on June 3rd is AMAZING! He was giving best service I have ever seen, all smiles and very polite. Seemed to really care that you got what you needed as well as caring if you order is correct. Trenton needs to be recognized as a star employee!! Made my night!

Messed up the order
I went for a BACON KING Combo, he even repeated it all to me, and yet I get a bacon CHEESEBURGER, little bitty burger, and didn’t give me my receipt. Y’all GOT to give out receipts and hold up to mess ups.
Worst fast food location I've ever visited in my life. Horrible service and management is garbage
It took them 20 minutes to get our order because they kept saying hold on, then just as long to bring out the food.
