Love the pear jam! I roasted some sweet potatoes and carrots and used it as a glaze. Delicious! And the Midwest girl in me couldn't help but to sweeten my rice with it instead of using sugar! ��
Seriously, these Jams are so phenomenal. I don't do bananas but I like the flavor of it, she has one called "Drunken Monkey Butter" OMG is all I can say. Then the Habanero one, OMG.... In other words, up to today I have not tasted any jam better, and I've been around the world and I. I. I. ..... THE BEST !
Just had Spiced Apple Beer Jam with an egg casserole with chorizo and sweet potatoes. This is truly the best jam I've ever eaten. I'm not even a jam fan, so that's saying a lot! Thanks for making this delicious food. Love the complexity of flavor that is so well balanced.
