This is the third time I’ve gone to this location and the second time where my order is wrong. I order the buffalo chicken pizza every time and when I get home there is no buffalo sauce on the pizza. It’s just chicken and cheese. I’m still eating it due to the fact I don’t want to fix something else but it’s not what I ordered

I would give 0 stars if I could! I waited over 3 hours to have my food delivered! And it didn’t even get delivered! My husband and I had to go there to pick it up ourselves! Only 2 ppl working. DOMINO’S, you need to close this location if you cannot find employees! I’m NEVER ordering from this location again-my first and last time. I’ll be giving my business to the Toney location like I’ve been doing. I’m not entirely upset with the employees, it’s the higher ups & management. DO BETTER or CLOSE IT DOWN!!

We live between 2 dominos, 1 mile from home to either location. Dominos located at the FX(harvest rd/hwy 53) & the location at hwy 53/toney rd….Neither location claims to deliver to our home. Extremely frustrating?

Ordered on my way home from work at around 10:05 pm. I arrive at the store to pick up my order at around 10:35 my app was still showing the pizza in prep but I figured after half an hour they must have forgotten to update the app. I wait behind 3 people ,all dealing with similar issues to me, just to find out my pizzas haven’t even been put into an oven or even prepped for that matter. I watch the employee stand at the computer up front for 10 minutes before he ever came to meet me at the window on top of this. This store has just been getting worse since they opened. I understood issues when they first opened but this is ridiculous. I left with a refund cause they told me I’d have to wait another 30 minutes. I Will be going to the store further down 53 or papa John’s from now on.

This location keeps getting worse… the driver pulls up in driveway, husband gets up and walks to the door and sees him get out and go to passenger side then come back to driver side and get in car and leaves. He’s standing at the front door looking at him. The driver doesn’t acknowledge him at all and just leaves with the pizzas. On another occasion the delivery driver is showing in app as literally in front of my house for like 15 mins. There’s no one there… i call the store and the response is I gotta call and see. The food from there is usually dry and lacking in toppings. And I can’t even choose to get a delivery from the store up the road. The app forces you to order from that one to give them business!!! Guess what you won’t be getting any more business from me.

Terrible service, very unprofessional. Ordered from the app normally, to be delivered in 20-30 mins. I received it 4 hours later. I tried calling multiple different times and never got an answer. I've heard other people have had the same problems with this store. No response from store or customer support.
