My kids love Jack's. I made this destination on our return trip home from Huntsville. We were pretty disappointed to wait on line at the drive thru to discover that the milk shake machine was down. We drove away empty handed and hungry.

Absolutely horrible! My pick up was for 4pm. I pulled up at 358p, I was told to pull up they was waiting on fresh biscuits to get done. These biscuits was so hard that not only was they the worst I've ever had, they scratched the roof of my mouth! Biscuits should melt in your mouth not scratch you! Thought maybe they meant the chicken...Nope it was not only barley warm it was dry! The true score for this visit is a big 0 all the way around!

Just left Jacks a second ago. Just a note. Team members that are working in the drive-thru are completely disengaged with the customer. Food and sub par. Purchased a four piece tender and only received three. The only reason I go to this location is that it's close to my home. Manager needs to focus on customer service and quality of food.

Super nice staff every time I go in. They've never gotten my order wrong and when I want jacks this is the specific one that I go to. HIGHLY
Ordered ahead on app. When I arrived my bag was sitting there still waiting for second sandwich. Took them almost 10 minutes to get second sandwich ready. When I arrived home (5 minutes drive), both sandwiches were to cold to eat. Manager was more interested in having a discussion with who I presume was an off work employee than coming to the front counter to wait on customers. Will be my last visit to this Jacks.

I just picked up two country fried steak meals for my sister and brother-in-law. I should have looked in the box before leaving the restaurant. There was only a small amount of gravy on each of the orders. They barely put any gravy on their mashed potatoes either. I know that my family was disappointed. Please let who ever prepared that meal know so it won't happen to others. Thank you.

We walked in to give this location a try. Immediately at the door by the trash can was all the “juices” on the floor from the trash that had been taken out at some point. Great slip hazard. No caution sign. Ok, maybe they just took it out. Let’s go look at the menu… trash on the floor all by the counter and the team talking about the people at the drive thru. The one with the head piece on using plenty of profanity about them and the MANAGER going right along with it. No wonder McDonald’s has the line wrapped around the corner while Jack’s has absolutely NO clientele. Poor first impression.
