I would love to give this small business a great review but it is pathetic. I don’t know how many times I bring my children by here for ice cream and they hardly ever have the chocolate dipped waffle cones they advertise. They are almost always out of cherries as well. Today, I looked into the ice cream freezer and there were EIGHT empty containers, and several others had a tiny bit of old frosty ice cream at the bottom of the containers. It’s pathetic. I asked for the owner and was told, “He’s not here, he comes in and out as he pleases.” This could be such an awesome place for families with great food and ice cream, but they are a total failure in my book. The children who run the place are in the kitchen on their phones, yet they can’t go dip a few cones in chocolate? I don’t blame them however, they have no guidance. Boss man, whoever you are, man up and fix your place. On a positive note, I always enjoy the burgers, but I won’t eat here until this place improves. Financially supporting this place is placing my stamp of approval, and my stamp is dry.

If you want the convenience of a drive thru, you are better off going to Tastees down the street. No one comes to the window even if you call the number posted. We have come here several times because of the convenient location but had to go elsewhere because we couldn't get any service.

Tasty icecream

Tried going for the first time and despite being open no one was at the counter. We waited and no one acknowledged we were there so we left.

We love this little ice cream shop and as a bonus next door is a wonderful place to get wings and french fries! The wait staff is extremely nice! There is handicap parking right out front. The prices are fantastic! Waffle cones and sprinkles abound!

I have one word to describe this cleanliness of this establishment…..NASTY!!!! My daughter and I were looking for an ice cream parlor and found KaleidoScoop on Google. As soon as we walked in, we were walking right back out in less than a minute. There was nasty grime all around the ice cream buckets. Look like this place hasn’t been cleaned in a good while. Such a turn off!

Service was not good. Young teenage girl behind the counter. Not unfriendly, but not friendly either. Couldn’t describe the ice cream flavors when asked and wouldn’t/couldn't give sample tastes. On the bright side, the ice cream was good.

Jose, the guy who served us, was awesome. Great attitude and service. The ice cream was good, and Jose is an awesome worker! Will definitely be coming back.

Me and my friend went here one day after school to get some ice cream. We met this dude named Jose, he was really nice and he was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Jose is a cool dude and I will be coming back

Stopped in with the hubby for ice cream cones. The guy working behind the counter was very friendly. The ice cream was fresh. We will definitely be back.
