I don’t know if it is just this store or PJ’s in general but the area of the pizza that is getting toppings is getting smaller and smaller (see photos). Also, I ordered some honey mustard and cream cheese dipping cups and didn’t get either one. (They jipped me on the dipping cups on my last order too) I also asked to get honey mustard with some chicken I ordered bur got the ranch instead. I probably won’t be ordering here again.

I had the worst experience at this Papa John’s location. I came in, paid for my order with a card, and showed proof of the transaction. I simply asked for change for a $50 bill so I could leave a cash tip. Instead, the cashier rang my order up twice, and after all the confusion, only gave me two dollars back — leaving me nearly $100 out of pocket for pizza.
To make matters worse, when I tried to address the issue, the cashier called the manager over, who was extremely rude, unprofessional, and confrontational. The manager started cussing and even threatening me, which is completely unacceptable in any business, especially over something as simple as a tip.
This was my first time at this location, and it will absolutely be my last. Terrible customer service, poor communication, and no accountability. I’m shocked and disappointed that Papa John’s would allow this kind of behavior to represent their brand.

I’ve been disappointed with my last two experiences at Papa John’s. Recently, I received peppers that were shriveled and unappetizing. On a previous visit, my wing order was completely forgotten, and when I brought it up, I spoke to an employee named Beth, who showed no interest in resolving the issue and displayed poor customer service. It feels like quality control and customer service have really gone downhill. I don’t think I’ll be ordering here again anytime soon unless these issues improve.

Probably the nicecest business in the plaza. Employees were so happy and eager to help. It made me want to work there. It was super clean and organized. They let us know their specials and was so helpful in our decision making.

Pizza was garbage last time I had it, app is garbage, whole place is garbage. Placed an order for asap because it was right next to where i had to go anyways and any other pizza place in the world would start making it soon as you placed the order. 7 minutes after I placed the order the order was canceled for some unknown reason. 0/10, will happily never give papa a chance again. Genuinely depressed because I had to settle for the garbage wings from publix when I could have had the most flavorless, undersauced, and oversold pizza around. Next time will just eat the gravel in front of the store.
The cupperoni is anything but cupped pepperonis. Received cold, wont spend another dime at this place.

I can’t not even to begin to express how amazing my pizza was. I ordered a large cheese stuffed crust and it was cooked to perfection.Pizza was cooked and ready in a very fast turnaround. I was shocked, but the manager who was working tonight on 4/18/2024 she made sure this pizza was absolutely perfect.I think she deserves to be rewarded with some extra pay for her outstanding efforts.

Best pizza I’ve had besides going to Nashville to get till 5 pizza. I literally have no complaints. Good crust, good sauce, and great amount of a cheese pull, I did get a stuffed crust but still A+ for the effort!
