This has to be the best Papa John’s I’ve been to people are so friendly had a problem paying but, the managers had a very good way of handling the problem. they were very professional and did everything in store policy in the best way they can to help me. The kindest people you’ll meet with great customer service and pizza!

I don’t know if it is just this store or PJ’s in general but the area of the pizza that is getting toppings is getting smaller and smaller (see photos). Also, I ordered some honey mustard and cream cheese dipping cups and didn’t get either one. (They jipped me on the dipping cups on my last order too) I also asked to get honey mustard with some chicken I ordered bur got the ranch instead. I probably won’t be ordering here again.

I had the worst experience at this Papa John’s location. I came in, paid for my order with a card, and showed proof of the transaction. I simply asked for change for a $50 bill so I could leave a cash tip. Instead, the cashier rang my order up twice, and after all the confusion, only gave me two dollars back — leaving me nearly $100 out of pocket for pizza.
To make matters worse, when I tried to address the issue, the cashier called the manager over, who was extremely rude, unprofessional, and confrontational. The manager started cussing and even threatening me, which is completely unacceptable in any business, especially over something as simple as a tip.
This was my first time at this location, and it will absolutely be my last. Terrible customer service, poor communication, and no accountability. I’m shocked and disappointed that Papa John’s would allow this kind of behavior to represent their brand.
Order some pizza on Saturday night. Had a small issue with it but the manager took care of it! Very professional and welcoming. We most certainly will be back! Highly recommend this location. Thank you again for your help and hospitality!

I’ve been disappointed with my last two experiences at Papa John’s. Recently, I received peppers that were shriveled and unappetizing. On a previous visit, my wing order was completely forgotten, and when I brought it up, I spoke to an employee named Beth, who showed no interest in resolving the issue and displayed poor customer service. It feels like quality control and customer service have really gone downhill. I don’t think I’ll be ordering here again anytime soon unless these issues improve.

Probably the nicecest business in the plaza. Employees were so happy and eager to help. It made me want to work there. It was super clean and organized. They let us know their specials and was so helpful in our decision making.

Manager who was working last night couldn't be bothered to speak to my husband about a complaint. However was just bothered enough today to call ME and complain about his complaint. Literally asked me "what do I want" 🤣 wow
