There was a one kid who was really really sweet. He is good salesman. He will ask you lame questions but he is funny though. This subway is really good and they are nice with customers

I was at the store around 9:15 or 9:20pm yesterday. One of the staff members didn’t have a cap had earbuds in, and was handling food without gloves. That’s really not hygienic and professional.especially at a place like Subway where I expect fresh and clean food. Leaving two stars just because another guy was sweet and helpful. Not coming again

Apparently for a salad you actually have to tell them salads have lettuce in them or else they won’t give it to you which is stupid!!!

Walked in with a coupon and they would not honor it. Customer service was awful. You can’t understand what the workers are saying and they can’t understand you. Either that, or they just play dumb. This was my first time here and I won’t go back. I walked out.

Walked in Subway yesterday. 3 employees, and 2 customers. One employee was being serviced and checking out. Two others employees were engaged in casual conversation (you could hear) as I approached the counter. They never acknowledged or stopped the conversation, I'm quiet just observing the service I am receiving. Finally one of the guys walks over putting on gloves and literally just looks at me, I proceed to say HELLO, this guy then says, ummm huh. I just walked out because WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE IS THIS!!! You can't take my money and not provide ANY customer service.

I got the nachockn footlong buy one get one. Just because I'm getting a bogo dosen't mean you should skimp on the ingredients. Very little chicken and vegs too. Not cool guys.

I got there right before closing. I felt bad the guy had just started mopping. He was still happy to serve me. The sandwich was neat full and really delicious. The store was clean. The employees were nice. I'll be back and at a more reasonable time next time. Overall very much satisfied.
