The coupon I tried to use states at the bottom what subs are excluded so I did not order those. However when I placed my order I was told by an employee I could only choose from a limited selection of "local favorites." This is not stated anywhere on the coupon. I didn't argue, I just went ahead and paid for the last order I will place at this subway.

This just isn't a good location. Mix ups happen and sometimes workers aren't having the best day but when the bad days outnumber the good it's a sign to choose another location. Fingers crossed that we get a Jersey Mike's in this area.

I usually like this subway, but I went in today and there was an older lady (40s-50s) that was very rude and unpleasant to order from. I asked for extra jalapeños and that upset her for some reason to give me a side eye like I was wrong for asking that. I didn't get her name but if you see and older lady in there with dirty blonde hair you're better off going somewhere else because she is quite rude.
