Terrible taste
Ordered some food tonight thru Ubereats delivery
Soft tacos, cheese roll ups and paid almost 2 dollars extra each for beef to be added to the cheese roll ups
They didn’t even add it
Put no napkins or condiments in the bag
Try to call and report it and they won’t answer the phone
They have locked doors with customers inside, during normal business hours, on multiple occasions. Food orders aren't right, a sloppy mess or shells crushed. RARELY is dining room open & they NEVER put a sign up to say it's closed
This place is horrible. They never open on time. They have bad attitudes and they literally never get the order right. I’m sitting in their parking lot er 9:28 as we speak and they are not open despite their times on Sunday state that they open at 9 am. I waited in the drive thru for over 14 mins and then pulled to the window. The worker saw me and didn’t even open the window or acknowledge that they were not open nor Are there any signs. Do not recommend.

Taco Bell is a mixed bag. Some reviewers praise the great customer service. However, others complain about slow service and receiving very little meat in their steak cheesy gordita crunch despite paying extra for it. The inconsistency in service and food quality seems to be a recurring issue at this location. Tonight, waiting in line forever at the drive through. Usually, fairly quick. Last time other was messed up. Usually food and service are fairly good. Did something change? The wait times have improved since they first opened up. The staff is friendly enough. Vegetarian options: You can substitute any meat with beans or black beans. Or add guacamole or sour cream or nacho cheese adds to it. At the drive thru I was informed only cash payments while that is probably out of their control they left out part of my order. There is very little sign that there is cheese on them at all and the amount of meat is little to none.
