I just stopped at this location. The lady working the drive through said that they was out of beef and I was like ok that's fine. I said let me get 2 number 7 combos which is the chicken quesadilla and she said we are not doing any grilled items????? So if your out of beef and your not doing any grilled items then why are you open? I'm very disappointed.

Orders are normally wrong. The food is not warmed completely. The cheese is never melted. We've been at different times of the day and all these facts remain true. Several times when we have ordered on the app, they have been out of items like cinnamon twists, tacos, or nachos which come with the combos. Instead of letting us know, and offering a substitute they just left them out. When we walked back in and asked for the item they replied they were out of that item and that's why it wasn't in the bag. We've given this establishment so many chances. We will just drive to Hazel Green. They are always polite and have the orders correct.

Stay away! Told them wife had a food allergy and returned the food. Was told by the manager to deal with it since it’s a fast food restaurant it will always be contaminated. Workers were talking crap and had a attitude. Ordered water and got soda water My throat is burning and I’m not the one with the allergy.
