I just stopped at this location. The lady working the drive through said that they was out of beef and I was like ok that's fine. I said let me get 2 number 7 combos which is the chicken quesadilla and she said we are not doing any grilled items????? So if your out of beef and your not doing any grilled items then why are you open? I'm very disappointed.

Orders are normally wrong. The food is not warmed completely. The cheese is never melted. We've been at different times of the day and all these facts remain true. Several times when we have ordered on the app, they have been out of items like cinnamon twists, tacos, or nachos which come with the combos. Instead of letting us know, and offering a substitute they just left them out. When we walked back in and asked for the item they replied they were out of that item and that's why it wasn't in the bag. We've given this establishment so many chances. We will just drive to Hazel Green. They are always polite and have the orders correct.

Stay away! Told them wife had a food allergy and returned the food. Was told by the manager to deal with it since it’s a fast food restaurant it will always be contaminated. Workers were talking crap and had a attitude. Ordered water and got soda water My throat is burning and I’m not the one with the allergy.

The worker cussed my son out even tho he was trying to order 18 cheese rollups for the party I have later. I am the adult and I told my son to order them for me and look what the worker did. I am very disappointed in this. I will never be ordering here again.

Been coming here for 5 years . Definitely the last time .Service always slow, employees are not nice and the food always comes out wrong. Tonight the same deal. Asked for no tomatoes on the cantina burrito meal. Guess what. Tomatoes were everywhere. The 3 ladies said " stay at the microphone for 5 min. I pulled up they took the payment and said " back up 15 feet and stop" then waved me back to the window. I'm guessing to reset a timer or something . Waited 10 min and got the food. The staff here has a high turnover rate as well, What fast food doesn't though. Got a cantina bowl as well . Cold. Anyway . It is what it is .

The wait times have improved since they first opened up. The staff is friendly enough. I would like my luxe box to be boxed or bagged separately. Otherwise good experience since I have been going there.
Vegetarian options: You can substitute any meat with beans or black beans. Or add guacamole or sour cream or nacho cheese adds to it.
I have been here in the day time and other than rude people taking that order it's actually not that bad the food is always the way that we ask for it but if you go there at night probably around 7:00 p.m. and beyond not only are they rude but they get your food wrong and sometimes when you go it looks and feels like the food has sat out all day and it's cold and nasty today when I went I ordered a bean burrito with no onions and little pieces of the lettuce from the cantina burrito or throughout my burrito let me tell you there's not supposed to be lettuce anywhere on a bean burrito I think that tonight was my last night going there because it seems like they just have everything mixed together and they don't care about the products that they serve
