Stopped in for lunch and had the French Dip with Jalapeño poppers...which is my usual at Arby's....10/10! It was great! 👍 The service was great; everyone was so friendly. The lobby was clean and I even received coupons. Awesome visit! Ngl...every time I visit this particular Arby's, it's great! Keep up the great work!👏👏👏

Beware: This place advertises Cordon Bleus, New Angus Cheessteak, and Gyros. For around $11. The past three times I’ve been to this location. They have been out of stock of everything and my only choice is roast beef or beef and cheddar or French dip.
Getting lured in with good prices for better food and then having to settle for garbage food is not cool.
it seems the GM is intentionally not stocking lower profit items for their own benefit. GM needs to be replaced with someone with integrity.

The girl was very respectful and polite at the window. I’m very pleased with the food. Everything was made right and looked great. I’m very hard to please when it comes to food and service and I literally had nothing to complain about. Just good food and good service.

I was passing through on my return home. While waiting on my jamocha shake, I asked for verification of my location. The young lady, C, pulled up her phone and offered me a few insights to local traffic and travel times. Not only did I get a very good milk shake, but I met a lovely young lady who went above and beyond to assist a traveler.

Very rude shift manager on 6/12/2024 at 11:30 AM. Ordered on line and she said we do not have your order. Retrieved the email with proof of purchase and she would not even look my way. They finally fix the order and gave it to me, but again when asked about it. She said they didn't have it.
