The girl was very respectful and polite at the window. I’m very pleased with the food. Everything was made right and looked great. I’m very hard to please when it comes to food and service and I literally had nothing to complain about. Just good food and good service.

I was passing through on my return home. While waiting on my jamocha shake, I asked for verification of my location.
The young lady, C, pulled up her phone and offered me a few insights to local traffic and travel times.
Not only did I get a very good milk shake, but I met a lovely young lady who went above and beyond to assist a traveler.

Very rude shift manager on 6/12/2024 at 11:30 AM. Ordered on line and she said we do not have your order. Retrieved the email with proof of purchase and she would not even look my way. They finally fix the order and gave it to me, but again when asked about it. She said they didn't have it.

We're homeless and mostly broke. Placed a drive thru order and realized it was more than we could afford, quickly told the people's at window we had to cancel.

Came back after acquiring money and placed an order for one of us, what we could afford.

Manager walked out to us in front of other cars and in person she shamed us for not having enough money before because " she has to answer for that ", stared us down like children, only stopping to refuse us service.

Please don't eat at Arbys in Hazel Green.

I go here at least once a month. Service is always friendly and fast. I came last night for some mozzarella sticks. They are always hot and have that good cheese pull and offered extra sauce before I even asked. Love this Arby’s!
