I kinda felt like they didn't want me there.like it was a bother to take my order then make my drink. The drink machine was out of coke in the lobby. But food was ok.

This is one of the worse BK to go to. No one has any manger experience and multiple times ive been and they are out of mustard, mayo and now on 9/5/2025 they ran out of sausages. Like how you run out of sausages with it being the #1 seller? There's only one reason and thats incompetency. Someone isn't doing their job and checking supplies. It's not hard when you only have 1 box left you order more and not wait to order when you ran out. BURGER KING DO BETTER

Upon going through the drive-thru and getting my food was held at the speaker until cars were moving from the window indicating they were serving the food before taking orders. Not only that but when I get my chicken sandwich and its somewhat dry, overcooked and taste like the fryers have not been changed in a week. I used to be a manager here and I know what these chicken sandwiches are supposed to look like and taste and this is absolutely horrid. This chicken sandwich has no chicken taste whatsoever it tastes like pure grease.

Bad attitudes and cold food is all you get here. We stopped coming here years ago, but decided to give it another try a few weeks ago and it was awful. No wonder their parking lot is mostly empty every time we come by while others are packed. I should have known better. Won't happen again!

This location is very poorly managed. My order had to be remade 3 times not once not twice but 3!!! The manager (gay male with glasses) is so busy prancing around trying to be cute that he is not communicating with the workers he is the reason my shit was wrong 3 times and my milkshake was basically MILK!!! So watery and warm i could have vomited. I won’t be back!

Drive through was horrible. I was the only car, ordered 1 meal, pulled to the window and my wait began......9 minutes with no employee. Finally got someone over so I could pay. Next window, received my food to find hard, burnt, cold hash browns, cold bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. Worst experience at any BK ever! Wouldn't recommend!!!!!

Stood in front of the counter approximately 5 min before being waited on. Then the manager took my order. I told him one of his employees was trying to get his attention that the milk shake machine wasn't working he said he would make it work. Got home, and the shakes were like chocolate milk, not ice cream. Put them in the freezer 4 hours later, and they were finally frozen enough to consume. Chicken sandwiches were thin, dry. This Burger King is a joke.

I was in there a couple weeks ago. Food was hot and made correctly. The workers that I interacted with were friendly and polite. I gave the service 3 stars and the atmosphere 1 star because of the manager interaction that I witnessed. A middle age woman, didn't catch the name but I am positive it started with a B, raising her voice higher than necessary to the workers and very RUDE to the workers under her. I truly don't know what the issue was but it appeared that she was the one that needed attitude adjustment. No matter what position you work in you shouldn't talk down to your employees.

This pains me because I really like Burger King and I think some of the employees here are really good. However, they always leave off items always. It doesn't matter if I've only ordered three items. It doesn't matter if I ordered 10 items. They always miss one from being in my bag. Management has to step up and do something because this is a problem. I'd come here weekly if you could fix this issue. I'm not going to blame you guys for app issues but for missing food items that I paid for and then I can't go back in the app and credit or back because the app doesn't work. That's an issue. If you would just give me my food in the first place it'd be better.

Everytime I come to this location, I wait no less than 25 minutes, even when nobody is in the line, a couple of times my food was hard and I couldn't even eat time after I waited 35 mins with 2 people in line, me and one other person.
