Did not even order. I was the next in line. I pulled up and the lady stated to give her just a few minutes. After that, someone pulled up in the other lane. When the lady taking orders came back online, she took care of the person who pulled up after me, in the other lane, and even apologized to that customer for it taking a few minutes. Since the restaurant worker couldn't remember which person to take an order from next, I would not trust her to count the correct change back to me. This location always seems to be shorthanded (that is no excuse) as I have seen, in the past, the person taking the orders leave the window to go in the back and prepare the food. I would recommend that one go somewhere else.

This is a good one guys! Friendly drive-thru cashier that worked so hard to complete our order in Less than 2 mins! Will definitely be driving the extra distance next time we need a charbroiled fix. BRAVO drive-thru guy! :DWheelchair accessibility: Standard ADA compliance.

4/13/2024 @ 11PM - This location has been getting worse and worse the longer it is open. Dbl Whopper w/bacon & cheese, NO tomatoe, No Pickle, light mayo, ketchup and mustard is what I asked for, along with a lrg Sprite and half fries half onion rings. Didn't even realize the receipt didn't show the modifications I asked for on the meal. Fries and rings were luke warm at best, and I ate those on the drive home! The burger was missing the bacon, had several tomatoes and was completely drenched in mayo and ketchup. And the Sprite has a soapy disinfectant taste to it! WTH?! NOT what I asked for! Was already 10 to midnight by the time I discovered the screw up. The place would have been closed long before I could get back to have them correct it. This location really is going down hill. Be better off ordering from McDonalds.

I have no idea how this place is still running only come here for the kids but wait 30 mins to an hour..went inside an waited just as long too worried about the line out side when there's 4 cars I understand there's a time limit but if you don't get the people taken care of inside it'll be just as overwhelming. Wish this place the best! Just might be too understaffed

This has to be one of the worst Bigger Kings I have ever been to. You wait in line forever until someone decides to take your order, then they are rude AF! They practically throw your food out the window. I've never seen anything like it.

I've been to this location & the one infront of Lowe's in Huntsville atleast a dozen times by now since my relatives like Burger king. But almost everytime I've been there, there's something going on. Their "system's down", forgetting to put food in bags and usually the food just sits in the warmer too long.The last time I was there the lady told us to pull up because the chicken fries are too hard so she's gonna make some fresh ones. She only mentioned the chicken fries so i'm gonna assume everything else on the order was already sitting out before we even pulled up.
The staff has amazing customer service skills, my food was hot and fresh!

We placed an order at 3:20 and spent 24 mins waiting. The frozen soda we ordered, with rest of the food, was left out the whole Time and they didn't call it'll our names and didn't mark the order as finished. They also had the audacity to tell us that we were supposed to check with them. It wasn't clean on the inside either, don't recommend.

If I could give 0 stars then I would. Do not waste your money here, I've been to some pretty nasty fast food places but this one takes the cake by a country mile. Everything in this place is literally sticky, floors haven't been swept since opening day and the whole place smells like sewage. The girl taking our order had a positive attitude but that's the only thing I can say positive about this place. Food was cold even tho we were the only customers the whole time. I NEVER leave reviews but I just had to about this place. Don't see how they're even in business.
