Domino's Pizza

It's not that our order took 2 hours, I understand business can be chaotic at times. My frustrations occurred when I called this store directly, twice, after an hour & a half, and was never able to speak with a manager, or any live person. After being on hold & listening to Dominoes adds for a total of 10 minutes, I decided to drive to the store to get reimbursed for the order I never received. The employee I spoke had no idea what I was talking about when I referenced my order. I was first told they didn't have an order for me & had to show the email confirmation of my order. At this point, my wife called & said our order had just arrived. After explaining what was happening 3 times, including that our order had just arrived at my house while I was in the store, the employee at the counter offered to cancel the order. I am in no way frustrated with the hard working employees at this store, this frustration lies with management, of which there was no presence at any time during these issues.

DONT ORDER ON FRIDAY NIGHT!
Waited an hour and a half for 1 Pizza , chicken with bbq sauce, and a cheesy bread. I gave them the benefit of the doubt at first bc it is Friday night and right after a football game, finally got home with our food. Wrong pizza, cheesy bread was cold, and had the wrong chicken. I get it’s busy but it doesn’t hurt to check before you hand someone’s food out that they have paid for.

Gotta love wasting your money 😊 clearly not a chicken bacon ranch and not worth driving back. I don’t know why i still give this location a chance. Like what even is this???

Pizza is always correct no matter how I order it. No matter the toppings or how many different pizzas . Always hot and correct. Staff is friendly and store is clean.

Best dominos ever. Food is made fast, never had an order be wrong, and my favorite thing is the people at the window. Everyone is no nice and it’s refreshing when so many places have rude workers.

I purchased two medium pizzas and they were smaller than a normal size medium pizza. I would know because I order pizza atleast once a week! I asked for a regular size medium pizza. They said give them 10 minutes to remake it and they gave me the exact same pizza that I brought into the store. I guess they thought I would not notice but I did. I’m not stupid and I really hope y'all see this! Do better!

I have ordered pizzas from this location several times. It never fails that when I order a sausage pizza there might be one piece of sausage on each slice. I have even ordered extra sausage and it is absolutely no different. We will definitely be making the longer drive to the other location where this is never an issue.

My grandfather made and order and our driver drove by 6 times and did not answer the phone or try to contact us about or order!!

Customer service is always great. The food is always fresh and delicious. There’s usually coupons on their website/app!

Ordered on line at 730 said it was ready at 8 watch a delivery driver take one of my pizza for his order,pizza was remade this happend 3 time before I got my food waited each time I said something I was looked at and he keep walking out with the pizza by far the worst service and wait I had for food
