Everlina's Southern Cooking

We were wanting some catfish and Everlina's came up on the Google search.
The proprietor met us at the door and seated us, he is so great. He was helpful on the menu items and had great suggestions.
The restaurant is clean and neat and the food is outstanding. We will definitely be back.
I recommend Everlina's highly for good home cooked food and a family atmosphere.

The best catfish ever! The only thing I didn’t like was eating out of styrofoam. Other than that it is great!

Food not good. I had Chicken and dressing it was a leg quarter with awful tasting dressing. The collards taste like it’s a gallon of vinegar in it. The Mac and cheese was so overcooked. The hamburger steak looked and tasted like banquet frozen dinners. The green bean were HORRIBLE! The yams and hush puppies were good. The catfish was cooked good. 3 out of 10. The peach cobbler was not good at all. We wasted 30 minutes of driving and $45. The sweet tea is good. The service was great.

Evelyn is BETTER THAN POSEYS!!!!!!!!!! My husband and I order from here ALL THE TIME. The food is always seasoned PERFECT and he loves their beef tips. The Sweet Tea is the best around here, it’s just the way I love it, EVERY SINGLE TIME. I once called up there just praise them on the sweet tea! Our youngest son tasted the food and was like I need to go to this place now, he is only 9. He loves the macaroni and cheese and begs to eat here at least 2-3 times a week! I went in a few weeks ago for the first time, the environment was quiet with the football game on, very warming and polite staff, clean, and my sweet tea was PERFECT! 😍 The sweet tea beats McDonald’s and Waffle House, Evelyn you win the sweet tea contest!!!!!!!

Best home cooked I have had in a long time..we will going back

A group of us went by after finishing a bike ride in the area. The owner and staff were great. We were promptly seated and the owner went over the menu thoroughly and shared the history of the restaurant. He is enthusiastic and proud of his restaurant. The food was great and truly a southern style home cooked meal. Worth a visit anytime. Be sure to wear your eating pants. You will not leave hungry!

I’m been eating ribs from your place from quite sometime and they normally very good how ever today when I got my ribs and came home to eat them they were very tough and the ribs weren’t as tender as they normally are if I could make a suggestion it would be for the person that operates the grill to do and and let the other people run the inside

Reasonable prices and large servings. Food and service were great. Definitely will return in the future. 👍👍
