Ordered a pizza yesterday and it got here warm.. didn’t taste fresh at all. After consuming this my son and I woke up throwing up everywhere! I don’t think it’s safe to eat here and I’m charging back on my card for this crap!! Will never order from this establishment ever again!! And it was only a cheese pizza!!!

Huge thank you to Aaryona! This girl is absolutely amazing. I was having difficulty with a gift card and I called the store very frustrated after speaking with 3 customer care representatives and decided to call the ACTUAL location Aaryona went above and beyond to have my Pizza waiting one me and with no Problems or GIVING me the run around? Definitely an asset to your company!!! Thank you very much! And my pizza was amazing!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Placed this order online for 11 pizzas with future pickup time of 6:45pm. About 5:15 I noticed a “ready” status. Called and Charlie said these were for immediate pickup which I know they weren’t. He said he’d keep them warm but lied and didn’t. Horrible experience and a disappointment for 50 kids eating nasty cold pizza for a birthday. Do better!

Our pizzas were delivered on time and tasted good, but I was very disappointed that neither of the boxes were sealed. This raises a major food safety and tampering concern. In today’s world, customers expect sealed boxes for peace of mind. Please address this so future orders are handled with the proper care.

I was subjected to some of the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced at a restaraunt ordering from the Papa John's location next to Publix in Harvest, Al several times a few years back.
They were the only location that delivered to my house so I had to get pizza from them if I wanted Papa John's pizza (the best delivered pizza in my opinion). I gave them several chances because I was disabled due to a broken leg for several months.
At one point the manager told me off and accused me of being dishonest. I finally learned my lesson and stopped buying their pizza for years and started purchasing Papa Murphy's. Unfortunately, they closed recently.
One day I was driving by the Hazel Green location and saw the Shaq special advertised. That got my interest. I called the delivery number without realizing that it was a call center. The very nice foreign lady who took my order was very difficult to understand. She placed my order Only it wasn't MY order when I got there!
I was upset but the manager on duty at the time, Charles, made me the correct pizza for free. He was very very congenial. The pizza he personally made for me was so good that I ordered them several times a week.
My point is...I went from loathing Papa John's pizza because of one manager to loving it again because of one manager.
There needs to be consistency. I WILL continue to drive thirty minutes out of my way when I crave a good pizza because of Charles.
Thank you so much for providing a level of customer service (by Charles) that was able to win me back and overcome my extreme distaste for Papa John's.
He deserves a raise!!

The food was hot, fresh, and as expected. The staff were all friendly and greeted me as I walked in the door. There isn't really dine in seating or anything, but there is a joyful vibe in the air from the staff for sure. My food was ready and waiting for me and I arrived a bit early. Great deals with rewards.

I like this particular store. The pizzas just seem to be a little bit better here. The sauce amount is always just right, and the edge of the crust is always perfect, just perfect for the garlic butter dipping sauce. You never really know what you're going to get when you order a pizza, but these guys consistently deliver good pies.

Just want to shout out Charles Smith the manger on duty tonight!! Our pizza was made wrong and when we called he was by far the most friendliest, nicest and most professional person that I have ever encountered to take a complaint!! If I could give 10 stars for his customer service I would!!
