Just want to shout out Charles Smith the manger on duty tonight!! Our pizza was made wrong and when we called he was by far the most friendliest, nicest and most professional person that I have ever encountered to take a complaint!! If I could give 10 stars for his customer service I would!!

Very disappointed in the service that we received last night my daughter Amanda Owens spend anywhere from $700-$1000 a month at Pompa John’s we received our order last night and it was totally wrong and the manager on duty was very disrespectful and rude I went to Jacks and got supper!!!! Will never order from Papa John’s again

Best order-out pizza in town...imo. We get the works and it's always loaded with toppings and fresh. I frequent the store in Hazel Green and they do a very good job. Look for coupons to use when you order online.

We have been ordering pizzas from this location for 3 years now. We have always loved our pizzas. We stopped ordering cheese sticks because the last 3-4 times they have been pitiful with hardly any cheese on them or burnt. Other than that we love the pizzas! I always do carry out since we live a mile away.

I just went to pick my food and the people Preparing the food were not wearing mask and one girl picked up her cell phone twice while preparing the food. This is not a good sanitary environment in my opinion.
