I have never been treated with such amazing customer service. The process of ordering a pizza has been made completely new with Papa Murphys in Hazel Green. Destiny has helped tremendously, she greeted with a smile on her face and was insanely generous. Highly recommend:)

Was not expecting to have to bake it my self. But having to wait 51 minutes for the order to be delivered and then have to bake it, that’s ridiculous! If I’m gonna have to bake it I don’t think I should have pay almost $30 for a pizza and cheese bread! Outrageous! Will never order from them again!

I have ordered numerous times from this location. The pizzas are always ready when promised and if there is a problem (only once), they called to discuss substitutions. If you follow the baking directions provided you get a delicious pizza that's close to homemade without the work!
I almost hesitate to say it but, I have never been disappointed with any Papa Murphey experience. Obviously for a take and bake pizza place ambience is not high on the list of expectations but what I do enjoy is the consistency of every aspect of the PM operations. The Hazel Green Al. facility is always nice and clean each outing. They offer timely courteous service, ample fresh ingredients and a delicious end result all at an affordable price. The finished product is always a satisfying end to even the hardest of days. Now I wll knock wood. I hope my opinion never changes.

I am so glad to finally get to check this place out. Definitely regret not going sooner. Got the pan pizzas, and man the crusts, and toppings were great. They got so crispy on the bottom. The staff were friendly, and the amount of toppings you get are perfect.

They make your pizza, put the toppings on it you take it home, and if you need to ask some more toppings at home you can, 10 Stars.
