Sonic Drive-In

When I pulled in the place was not to crowded but had just enough people to have that perfect draw of attention. I ordered a chicken sandwich with onion rings and a lemonade slush. The service was very fast to bring out my food and the server I had was an amazing person. His name was Michael and he came out with a very cheerful spirit and smile on his face, happy to serve me. He greeted me and then asked me if I would like any of their sauces which he listed all of them for me to find out. Then Michael promoted the pickle drink they have going on and I politely declined cause I don't want to be drinking straight vinegar and salt syrup. It sounds horrible and I'm very lucky to have not tried it. i talked to Michael a little bit more about how his time working there was and how he was liking it. When the talk died down and Michael left I sat there eating my chicken sandwich, which was at a tendency to where it was too rubbery to bite into and hard to pull apart but the taste was there fr, fr. Then when I tried the lemonade slush I had such a Heavenly experience that made me love the whole meal. IT WAS BUSSIN'! The onion rings were kinda mid but overall the drink carried the meal. As I was finishing up Michael came out to deliver another meal and I said goodbye to him then left. I don't think I would drive 35 minutes to try this exact location again but Michael makes me rethink it as he was a very nice person and has such a great soul.

I just came through for a few corndogs and thought I'd made it clear I wanted mustard only to go along with my other, when my order came out there was no mustard at all, so I had to ask again for them to please bring my mustard to go with my order!
The corndogs tasted like they'd been made for a while, they were edible but they could have been much better!

Terrible. There’s three people who are amazing there one of them is Dana I don’t know the other two’s names but everyone else…awful they look at you like they’ve seen a ghost when you tell them something is wrong. Mind you something is ALWAYS wrong and they never repeat the order back to you. It feels like you’re being rushed and they never remember the sauce even if they ask you if you want sauce. I’ve never been there and my experience go smoothly something is always miscommunicated or wrong. I understand mess ups because it is usually teenagers but it gets annoying just wanting some ice cream and they can’t even get that right. It would be different if they were nice about the miscommunication or your order being wrong but they’re not. Day shift is amazing but night shift is out of hand.

the mozzarella sticks are the most heavenly things I’ve ever tasted I ascended in my seat from the pure joy a singular bite of one gave me.

I ordered 3 drinks and a soft pretzel. The pretzel was hard, and one of the drinks was wrong. They're average.

Ordered at a stall. They range the order up as drive thru. We waited and waited. Called and was told that bus our order elsewhere. They brought the order out. We told them if someone else had it we didn’t want it. She took it back and came back with another girl after walking the parking lot. Was given a drink and 2nd girl told her not to give any more food until we paid (the thing at the stall wasn’t working). My husband had his card in hand. After hearing that, he told her she would get paid. She popped off “that’s the way we roll”. He then told her to return his card and take the food back with an attitude like that. They kept walking into building. He followed them returning the food and asking for his card back. He attempted to make sure that had not run the card. The one that popped off said there was only 2 people working but we saw numerous workers. The manager explained what had happened and she was told how rude the girl was. We left and won’t be back.

Sonic in Hazel Green, Alabama has upped their game. The drinks taste much better. The food was so fast and hot. we received everything that we ordered and a sack of crinkled fries that we did not order. The car hop told us just to keep The crinkled fries and I am so glad that he did because they are to die for. We will definitely be returning. Please keep up the good work.
