Sonic Drive-In

I ordered 3 drinks and a soft pretzel. The pretzel was hard, and one of the drinks was wrong. They're average.

Ordered at a stall. They range the order up as drive thru. We waited and waited. Called and was told that bus our order elsewhere. They brought the order out. We told them if someone else had it we didn’t want it. She took it back and came back with another girl after walking the parking lot. Was given a drink and 2nd girl told her not to give any more food until we paid (the thing at the stall wasn’t working). My husband had his card in hand. After hearing that, he told her she would get paid. She popped off “that’s the way we roll”. He then told her to return his card and take the food back with an attitude like that. They kept walking into building. He followed them returning the food and asking for his card back. He attempted to make sure that had not run the card. The one that popped off said there was only 2 people working but we saw numerous workers. The manager explained what had happened and she was told how rude the girl was. We left and won’t be back.

Sonic in Hazel Green, Alabama has upped their game. The drinks taste much better. The food was so fast and hot. we received everything that we ordered and a sack of crinkled fries that we did not order. The car hop told us just to keep The crinkled fries and I am so glad that he did because they are to die for. We will definitely be returning. Please keep up the good work.

Just had one of the best Oreo blasts that I've ever been served at any of the Sonic locations! The food was great too. I ordered at a stall and had my food so fast that it seemed like they read my mind lol. Will return!

Trying to order to go ordered a combo in drive thru and asked is that all I was like no I need totes with it then asked is that all again I was like drink comes with it I need a route 44 sweet tea then interrupts me says it at all I was like no light ice is that all I know I’m not done ordering so I just said screw it left

They totally did not get my to-go order right. Even after I explained over the intercom several times, they still didn't get it right. But, I have come to expect that these days it's hard to get really good service considering all we are dealing with in the world today.

I asked for no mayo. I wanted a receipt. The prices are wrong or these people are taxing every car going through the drive thru. I won't be back to this location.

Love this Sonic! Ever since they brought back the Buffalo Chicken Dip bites I’ve been stopping by for an afternoon snack more frequently! The staff is always super friendly and timely with getting food out.

This place wasn't even busy they messed up our order forgot one of our drinks there was hardly any meat on one of our sandwiches we asked for no pickles and there was plenty of them on thereWe went back to get it corrected they gave us our drink but then they gave us a wrong sandwich and the lady had attitude while doing itIt seems like they are not focused on their work and paying attention to what the customers needs are and then get upset when you want the issue fixed so you get what you pay forDefinitely do not recommend
