Love this Sonic! Ever since they brought back the Buffalo Chicken Dip bites I’ve been stopping by for an afternoon snack more frequently! The staff is always super friendly and timely with getting food out.

This place wasn't even busy they messed up our order forgot one of our drinks there was hardly any meat on one of our sandwiches we asked for no pickles and there was plenty of them on thereWe went back to get it corrected they gave us our drink but then they gave us a wrong sandwich and the lady had attitude while doing itIt seems like they are not focused on their work and paying attention to what the customers needs are and then get upset when you want the issue fixed so you get what you pay forDefinitely do not recommend

I haven’t been to Sonic in a while and we stopped only because it was the only place open that early on Sunday. Me and my wife couldn’t understand why quit going because the food was great the people were friendly and it was an altogether pleasant experience. Thank you Sonic for such great service. We will be back a lot sooner.

I was eating my mozzarella sticks because I'm pregnant and have been craving them for over a week and as I bit into one is was hard and nasty so I looked at it and it was old yellow brown cheese and it was like that for 2 of them and so I went back and asked them if they can just fix 2 cause the rest was fine and they said since I ate most of them there's nothing that they can do about it how am I suppose to know my food is bad without eating it first? If you get a burger and are eating it and get halfway through the burger and realize it's pink does that mean I'm not allowed some sort of refund or at the least a new burger because of YOUR MISTAKE I thought in food service it was the customer is always right but now I'm disgusted by the attitude and food being so bad I was simply trying to be nicw about the situation because I know mistakes can happen but they were being absolutely ridiculous saying that they can't fix giving a pregnant woman old nasty food knowing it was bad

Customer service was great.Went through drive threw. She was nice cause it took me a minute to decide. My son and I shared a medium cookie dough. Extra cookie dough. Cost $6.00. Was worth it. Went around 8:17pm 9/14/23.

My husband chicken box the onion rings where so old and reheated as well because when taken out the box they fell apart in is hands,the chicken was brunt and so was the bread do
I applied there a few weeks ago I worked one day they didn't have a schedule for me they've been contacted and I've asked workers in the building about it and I still don't have a schedule, with those employees also having communication issues, the gm doesn't know starting pay when they set your starting,I generally feel unappreciated

This place went from 1 star to 5 stars over the past few months. Fast friendly service and they got *most* of our large order right. Glad this place has gotten better, Sonic's is one of our favorite burgers.
