Drinks have always been good for my wife and I until this morning. My wife always orders the drink in the picture and a Hot White Chocolate Mocha (not pictured) for me. The coffee flavor was good, but the grande was just over half full. While I could still drink mine, my wife could not. She saw something in the ice and didn't touch it. After the ice had melted, there was white, mildew-like substance floating all throughout the drink. I believe their ice machine needs a thorough cleaning..

Oliver was awesome this morning. Always enjoy the service and attitude of the staff there. I had my hands full with my dog this morning and he fed her the pup cup and got my coffee to me! Thank yall for making my morning

12:30 September 22. Window server told us the price and then stared at us at us and our card and then closed the window on us without saying anything and then opened the window and quietly looked at us again with a long pause and then took our card... mocha frappe lacked flavor and some how all the ice solidified once I drank what little was in there. Bacon egg and gouda was small for price and had a hair in it. They are making McDonald's look 5 star.

They're normally really fast but for some reason today i waited for 30-40 minutes after ordering from the app for ONE coffee, I ordered it when I was 10-15 minutes away too and still nothing so I left

Overall, the guests / customers' orders are worked on in chronological order from when they are taken, received, and then of course - completed. While inside this establishment, I placed an order quite ahead of other customers since hardly anyone was inside the store. This includes the drive-through as well. They went ahead and completed an order taken after mine (10 minutes later) and completed theirs two minutes while two other employees were not pre-occupied. Truly, I believe discrimination was involved. These employees need to be retrained on customer service, time management, and the essence of empathy and holding their tongues before speaking.

Most of the young girls that work there are very, very rude.. the guys are sweet.. I don't understand the attitude with the girls?? If I was the owner I would get new help .. Robert, Dayton, Oliver, Jackson and a couple girls are awesome.. there are about 4-5 other girls that are super rude... like unbelievably rude...and I am a sweet person.

1. They run out of or don’t have various items on the menu. What’s the point?
2. They have been out of big straws on numerous occasions
3. One guy in particular always hands me napkins that are all bawled up. It’s like dude, I don’t want your slimy hands on something I’m wiping my face with.
4. The place is now temporarily closed which is never good. POOR MANAGEMENT all the way around.

I was in line after I made my mobile order this morning and a lady that just turned into Starbucks driving a white Toyota Highlander went right to the window without getting in line like everyone else and got her order infront of me. When I got up to the window, I asked is it ok for us to just turn into Starbucks and go straight to the window infront of people and the guy at the window said technically no, but they have told this lady a few times that she can’t, but she keeps on doing it. When is the manager going to step in and say this is unacceptable because other people have put in a mobile order just like her but they are in line and either make her come in or get inline like everyone else? That’s ridiculous.

The atmosphere is great, the service is awesome, and all who work there are cool beans, and friendly!!

Vegetarian options: They have so many food options. But if u can't eat meat, they have delicious foods. Even gluten free items.

Kid-friendliness: Many parents bring their kids in, the severs are friendly and talk to them too. They get the kiddos excited about what they choose to get too. So uplifting to see.
