Don't stop !! Went through drive thru and ordered tall blonde coffee, was enjoying it until I pulled a black hair out of the drink spout. Just keep driving, I don't even know how they got hair in my coffee cup.

Hit and miss. Whenever a certain employee is working, we avoid this Starbucks and drive the extra miles to Huntsville. Also, personal cups still end up in the paper coated plastic ones and sit and wait for you to arrive so the save the planet initiative Starbucks tries to promote isn't doing anything. When it comes to service there are a few employees are rude and act self-entitled specifically when they have oops-ed a drink. Atmosphere also depends on the employees some days the music is super loud and others as a coffee shop should be.

Went in and my daughter treated me to whatever I wanted for Mothers Day. It took 35 minutes and me asking about my small lemonade to find out our order sticker was never placed out in line to be made.

Drinks have always been good for my wife and I until this morning. My wife always orders the drink in the picture and a Hot White Chocolate Mocha (not pictured) for me. The coffee flavor was good, but the grande was just over half full. While I could still drink mine, my wife could not. She saw something in the ice and didn't touch it. After the ice had melted, there was white, mildew-like substance floating all throughout the drink. I believe their ice machine needs a thorough cleaning..

12:30 September 22. Window server told us the price and then stared at us at us and our card and then closed the window on us without saying anything and then opened the window and quietly looked at us again with a long pause and then took our card... mocha frappe lacked flavor and some how all the ice solidified once I drank what little was in there. Bacon egg and gouda was small for price and had a hair in it. They are making McDonald's look 5 star.
