I have never felt so unwelcomed to a Starbucks in my life. I waited at the screen in the drive through for 20 minutes, without anyone speaking to me or saying anything about being closed when I repeatedly said “hello?” About 4 times during that 20 minutes. There was no sign stating they were closed. I drive all the way to the window and there’s a sign taped to the window saying they’re “closed for a store event” I had no way to know that as it was nowhere near the drive through. When I pulled up to the window, this female employee with a brown ponytail and light skin rudely points to the sign in the door and I ask for a manager and she says nope we’re closed through the glass and very rudely points to the sign again. I don’t know why she had to be so rude. I simply wanted to let a manager know there isn’t a sign saying they’re closed on the drive through screen. So now not only did I leave with my feelings hurt from a rude employee, I also wasted 20 minutes and left with no Starbucks. The least she could have done was inform me they were closed instead of letting me sit there for 20 minutes with no sign to even let me know they were closed. This all happened at 5:20pm. I hope the store manager makes this right. There were literally 5 cars behind me waiting after I pulled off because they didn’t know they were closed either. I pray that rude employee has a change of heart.

Listen this place is pretty great, but I swear they need someone to help them do a truck order. They run out of cold brew, seems like every other day. Seems like it's been this way since it's opened. I mean would it really kill yall to order extra cold brew?

I live in fayetteville tennessee hazel green starbucks is the closest starbucks to me. Every time I come here the the employees are not friendly. I had a bogo coupon on my starbucks app for leap year that would not work. The lady ended up giving me the Bogo, She said it was for one time use, but that's not what the Bogo said. It said good through 3-3-2024. It did not say one time use only. But that's not my point, the people were not friendly. Also, their drinks are never good. This drink that I got all you taste is milk. You cannot taste expresso, you cannot taste the vanilla. It just barely has any type of taste except for a milk taste, and it was made with oatmilk. I got the very same drink at the Huntsville memorial drive beside Costco couple days ago and it was very good. Except it had too much ice. The hazel green store needs to work on being friendly and courteous , and making their drinks taste good.

I mobile ordered 4 simple drinks. On my order it said it would be ready at 4:29. Keep in mind i’m already in a rush but I can’t go on without my pink drink. I get there at 4:29 expecting my order to be ready as it said on the app. I go inside and nobody was working on my order. I waited another 15 mins giving them the benefit of the doubt. Finally after waiting on my whole break just for my simple pink drink. I finally got it!

As someone who works outside in the cold, it is imperative for me to receive good quality coffee as it gets me through my day. Earlier today I did an online order (As i usually do) with a pick up time at 11:10. I get to the store and walk inside expecting my order. Now, my coffee was there.BUT. My double smoked bacon was not. How could this be? How could they possibly forget my double smocked bacon gouda? I didn’t think much of it. I figured they were still making it so i gave them the benefit of the doubt. As i wait for the rest of my order, I hear a familiar voice. Could this be? IT CAN’T. TAYLOR SWIFT. My heart starts beating as my ears start bleeding. I collapse onto the floor as the music fades. I wake up. Ears ringing. I hear the employees singing “Bad Blood” the torture continues. The music stops. I look up. Finally after the excruciating wait. I hear in the distance. I hear hope. “Double smoked for Eli.” I take it and flee.

You know just another day feeling like I need a hot chocolate (it’s freezing outside) I then order a hot chocolate WITH whip on it. Time passes by I’m getting so hyped for this hot chocolate, but then I get the notification “Your order is ready”. Oh boy did I hustle inside to get my hot chocolate on this FREEZING day. I grabbed my hot chocolate with all my might, I go for a sip, and boom there’s no whip. NOT ONLY was there no whip the hot chocolate was a warm chocolate. Overall don’t get the hot chocolate with whip, you will be let down.
