My husband and I frequently go to this subway. I was dissapointed when I tried ordering on the app and it wasn’t working. The whole point of getting this for dinner was to use the BOGO for $1 deal. I go to check out in store and they won’t honor the deal because it’s app only. Even though I showed them the app was not working. The young lady at the register even said that other people have had the same problem. The managers response was “we have nothing to do with the app.” I paid full price and moved on. I got to the car and realized part of our order was forgotten as well. We weren’t charged for it so I wasn’t going to make a big deal. Then once I get home and start eating, there is a long dark hair in the middle of my sandwich. Highly disappointed with the service and quality tonight.

Hazel Green rocks! I drove from California to Alabama and other places eating Subway all over. So far Hazel Green has been the best service and the place is very clean. Even the bathroom is clean. We love the a.m. to noon servers especially Nichol and Carrie! We live in Meridianville and we drive to Hazel Green for our Subway sandwiches. I give Hazel Green 10 stars.

Got bacon on my sandwich and they gave one singular piece and probably the smallest piece they could find. Not the greatest subway I've had. I'm not even sure if the bacon was even cooked all the way. This is honestly disappointing 😞

Great service, friendly people, however I experienced food poisoning from here. Hopefully a one time accident, but I've been sick 8 times since I've eaten here.

The older lady always gets our order wrong. The last time we got it my husband had to prove to her she was in the wrong. She constantly leaves stuff off of our sandwiches and never toast them. Tonight was our last time coming to this location. We order a pizza sub. It has no pizza sauce. I also ordered a steak and cheese with extra cheese and no extra cheese.

I am one who loves a good sub. However, at this location I experienced some horrible customs service treatment, my husband is not one that would act out of character but on yesterday he did. For one, me as a customer don't know when changes take place within the store all because I don't work there. However I order a Chicken bacon ranch sub (no knowing the grill chicken that goes on it has been changed to the rotisserie chicken,) well this sub was for my husband and with the first bite he spot the food back out and immediately realized they put the wrong chicken on his sub. We were home the time he realized therefore called to inform the work the wrong chicken was placed on the sub, it was then the same employee that made the sub answered the phone remember the order. However, then inform us the chicken was changed and that's how it comes, my husband ask if he could come back for a replacement because he would not eat the sub and how was he supposed to know the ingredients changed for that sub. The employee proceeded to say no you cannot exchange or have a refund then hung up the phone on my husband. Which took him by this time shock and he immediately went back to the store to speak with the manager who was not there. They had to call him/her. The manger informed the worker to replace the order,in the mean time she had the ugliest attitude so my husband asked for someone else to prepare his sub. We will go to another location from here on out. But this whole situation could have been handled so different if proper customer service and information was given up front.

Hair in food. Messed up the order, refused to make new sandwiches, put do much mayo on a child's sandwich but barely put any on mine or my mans. I've gone here for years, lately it's just been a disappointment.

i made a mistake ordering from the wrong subway (this one) when i was in madison and some lady working there answered and told me they were throwing my food away and i can’t get a refund because i didn’t call 10 minutes before pick up time when i indeed did and had the worst attitude possible and acted like i was dumb for asking for a refund, i called within legit 4-5 minutes and your telling me you made all 3 subs already? and i can’t get a refund? yeah right, my order wasn’t even ready for pickup for another 10-15 minutes, i will never come back to this store and i hope that lady is fired because it’s ridiculous i was treated so poorly and she handled the situation so terribly.
