I cannot say enough the customer service goes a long way. If I have to drive out of my way to avoid this particular taco bell from now on I will. They left half of our order out at one in the morning and then refused to replace it even though we came back up there well before close. Then next day my husband spoke to upper management and they still messed our order up compared to the receipt.

The drive through is horrible. Be prepared to wait a long time. Most of my food was prepared correctly but my hard taco was crushed.

This taco bell is extremely inconsistent. I like taco bell but this location makes me want to quit going to taco bell. They frequently mess up my order but I try to be forgiving. This time I ordered the Catina Chicken Bowl and my bowl had no chicken. I've worked at a Taco Bell and it's not that hard.

I will say every now and then they'll be missing an item, but if you do it through the app you can easily get a refund on that item. The people here are very friendly and the food if you pick it up yourself is fresh.

I placed an order for pick and arrived on time for it. I received an email that the order was ready. I stood there for approximately 5 minutes before anyone came to the counter and I explained I was there to pickup a mobile order. She said it will be a little while. I told her it notified me the order was ready and she said well you see nothing is on the counter. I waited another 25 minutes for them to have my order.

I went here this week and I was craving taco bell haven't had it in a while and it was a total waste of money I order a chlupa supreme, a tostado, and a cantina crispy taco.
The lettuce was old and mushy! The meat tasted really old! The taco was not good at all ! The chalupa had nasty lettuce on it too! The meat was cold on all 3 items It tasted like it had been made and had been sitting out! The tostado had cold beans that tasted old and the lettuce was bad on it as well! The only thing they was edible was the two Cinnabon balls! It was a total waist of money and I will never eat here again!!!!

The staff here are truly 5 star customer service!! I regularly go through the drive thru and get the same thing every time. This past Friday I went and got my regular order but this was the ONLY time that it was wrong. I share this because of course I went there Saturday and when I was placing my regular order I mentioned that my order the day before had been wrong(I only mentioned it because the added ingredient is problematic for me so I wanted to make sure that it didn’t happen again because LIKE I INITIALLY SAID THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION ARE AWESOME PEOPLE). Next thing I knew the manager was on the speaker and immediately comped the order I was placing(because I order the same thing every time) WITHOUT me asking or demanding any compensation(which I would never do to these kind people because they ALWAYS take such good care of me and everyone makes mistakes including myself). I definitely wasn’t expecting that but the gesture was greatly appreciated simply because it reinforced my opinion that the staff at this location are genuinely good people who really care about their customers. I would rather go here than waste money on horrible customer service and mediocre food at a so called restaurant in this area. The staff here 99% of the time take great care and effort into preparing your food and making sure that it’s fresh and hot(they don’t leave stuff sitting underneath the warming light) and IF they happen to make a mistake they genuinely care about making it right because YOU matter to them as a customer. If for some reason you have had a bad experience at another Taco Bell location or you’re not happy with the customer service at the other places in this area DEFINITELY GIVE THEM A CHANCE!! I have yet to have a bad experience with staff or the food(except for the one order) at this location so I can say with confidence and certainty that you will not regret giving this location a chance!

Vegetarian options: I’m not a vegetarian but knowing the staff here and how they prepare the food if you are I’m sure that you’ll enjoy whatever you choose to order!

This is the 3rd time that we have went, it wasnt busy and our order still wasn’t right when we got home. Tired of calling and having to get back out for food I paid for that just never makes it to the bag… slow down and make sure it’s right before you send it out the window. I’d rather you take 5 mins longer checking my order than me get home and have to turn around and come back.

Also I know people will say check the bag before you leave… yes I will make sure I do their job that they get paid for.
