Between here and the converted bus, I've been eating El Cazador's food for about 15 years. I've tried almost all items available, but the tacos are my go-to. Beef cheek, spicy pork, chicken, you name it, it's always delicious, tender, fresh, and full of flavor! I'd like to personally thank the workers there for making all my taco dreams become a taco reality.

I love mexican food, it's been tough finding anything genuinely authentic around when I began working in Hazel Green. Some co workers took me out to try this place for lunch and I was NOT disappointed!! Best Street tacos I had from any food truck, (Carnitas tacos) I'll be coming back to definitely try other dishes!! (Sitting inside the bus definitely was an experience, I was not expecting to be able to actually step inside to order and dine in)

Amazing food! I drive by here every night on the way home from work and I have been wanting to try it since opening. I finally did and it did not disappoint. Probably the best steak burrito that I have ever had, the chips and dip were amazing as well. I will be visiting more often.

This is one of my favorite spots to catch a quick bite or sit and chill with friends and family. The food always tastes so fresh and the pickled carrots/onions/jalapeños are my absolute favorite addition to every dish as well as all the sauces. Tamales are on point! There’s something for everyone and we can feed our family of 6 for a very reasonable price.

The staff and team are so quick to respond and very helpful.
At pickup the men up front wouldn’t let me try and carry the big containers to my car because they were so ridiculously heavy, and insisted they helped me while I wrangled my two boys, and our lunch order. Absolutely a hsv staple.

The steak burrito was huge, I asked to customize it, he said okay but still made it their way. Son still ate half of it, so I guess it was good. The steak, rice & cheese plate, son said was good and ate half the huge plate. Husband and I ordered Birria Tacos. Not a lot of cheese, but that's okay it had a lot of meat and was very flavorsome and came with 4 tacos.

My absolute favorite for Mexican food. So happy they are in Hazel Green now! Pollo, pastor, and cabeza tacos, pollo quesadilla with the pickled veggies.
10/10 recommend Delicious first time eating Biria tacos wish they were slightly saltier but will definitely be back and the elote cup was ?

Been wanting to try this truck/bus since they opened at the start of the month. Wasn't too busy at 7pm, and staff was extremely friendly. The prices are good, and the chicken burrito plate was fantastic. In my opinion better than the other Mexican restaurants that are over priced and serve huge portions. Definitely looking forward to trying more of their menu
