This was my third visit and I am still very upset at the service I received. I understand that it takes time to cook food but my first visit took over 45 minutes After calling 15 to 20 minutes before I got and did receive all the food that was ordered (salads that were supposed to be with the meals). My second visit was a dine in experience that took over 45 minutes to get the food again no salads but several visits from the waitress ( I forgot be right back) still no salads until we were ready to leave. My third visit I called the order in an hour before I got there no salads one plate missing and a slice of pie missing. For the amount of money I paid for dinner I will let you know I could have gone down the street an gotten 4 steak dinners salad a side item and drinks. So I seriously don't think this restaurant will work for me.

Friendly staff. Nice casual atmosphere. The Fallen Hero Table is touching. I feel the prices are a bit high, bit it was hot. The hot wings were just that!! Hot! My tenders were crispy and moist.

I just went here because i thought it would be a quick place to carry out food. After waiting for over an hour I was told there were no wings and substituted it for a "sirloin steak" sandwich. The meat was unseasoned, cheap, and overcooked. They must make killing to sell it for 9 bucks. Server was nice though and wings were good first time I went there. Server also informed me that they only had one cook. They should consider hiring more cooks and less highschoolers that walk around, do nothing, and follow people into the restroom.

If you want to have your order wrong and delivered to you late and over pay for it this is the place to go. I have tried them four times literally have given them four chances to deliver me food for separate occasions and they have screwed it up every single time. One time it took over an hour and a half to get my food called them they told me they forgot to put the order in I told him never mind so what he did to try to make up for it which I do appreciate send me food for free the same order well guess what when it got here it was completely wrong. That was my first try the second try they forgot to give me Everything for the loaded baked potato third try they forgot my drinks fourth try the chicken fingers are so dry you could not eat them steak sauce or any of the condiments for the loaded baked potato. I do not know what they are doing there but obviously they need to change it up. This is exactly why Hazel Green Alabama will never have anything. The one good thing I can say is the people are very nice other than that order steak out and go meet them in Huntsville. On the other hand I do feel like I have been stolen from because of the price I had to pay for this mediocre food and they could not even get the order right and I am not that hard to please I promise you.

Food is good didn't get exactly what I ordered but close to it lol,didn't get my drink either. Ordered at 5:30 got my food around 7:30/8pm but I know with all the changes things are hectic so we will try again. The food is always pretty good and if you want something other than pizza or fast food you can't go wrong with something from here. Been eating here for 3 years never had anything bad.
