The food here wasn’t the issue, but the girl with long fake red hair and lots of tattoos had a very nasty attitude and was extremely rude to me. She wasn’t wearing a name tag or I would mention it in this review.

We have visited several times since this Wendy's opened at this location and while there have been a few mistakes, they are always happy to fix it, but we have only had to do that once.
I have been disappointed with other Wendy's locations, but this one always has fresh and hot food and good service.

I went to Wendys last Wednesday through the drive thru and was only somewhat satisfied. The blue haired young lady at the first window was very smiley and welcoming. She talked to me about my day and was extremely nice! She told me about a survey on the receipt to save money. The older blonde lady seemed extremely dismissive and repeatedly cut me off when I was ordering to ask if that would be all - when it clearly wasn’t. I came to eat, not be cut off and have a tone towards. The food was decent.

Today we ordered Wendy's threw door dash and after waiting about an hour and a half for our food found out they gave my order to someone else and then I didn't even get the burger with one of the kids meals. I got a taco salad and found out it is less than half the size that is used to be with out warning and was still charged for a bigger salad that I thought I was getting and all I got was the salad they didn't give ANYTHING that came with the salad.

Apparently the employees can't count. I ordered 3 junior hamburgers with a combo meal as well and I was shorted one of my burgers. I called to rectify the situation and all my calls went to voice mail.

Waited over 20 minutes in line then manager lady was rude, took order at window then had us pull up to wait for meal, just burgers and fries. She was hateful to other employees at the window. Still waiting, now 30 minutes since got in a short line. Ridiculous. Won’t be back.

Came here the other day for lunch and our order was missing food tried to eat dinner tonight and the employees who was wearing ap plain black T-shirt not a uniform shirt and not tucked in was exchanging lighters with another employee and all these employees looked and stared at me but no body took my order.
Needs help pushing out orders and keeping the team working together not just focusing on one area of the floor!! Really would like to see improvements!

This place has gone down hill fast went inside for a late lunch stood in line for 10 minutes the girl taking orders would wait on one person then go stand and wait for there food to be made then give them there order and then wait on the next person and repeat the same thing each time. I order a #1 triple large it was good but I ordered a chicken sandwich it was dry and hard order two chilies only got one the fries was cold and tuff awful service
