Waited over 20 minutes in line then manager lady was rude, took order at window then had us pull up to wait for meal, just burgers and fries. She was hateful to other employees at the window. Still waiting, now 30 minutes since got in a short line. Ridiculous. Won’t be back.

Came here the other day for lunch and our order was missing food tried to eat dinner tonight and the employees who was wearing ap plain black T-shirt not a uniform shirt and not tucked in was exchanging lighters with another employee and all these employees looked and stared at me but no body took my order.

This place has gone down hill fast went inside for a late lunch stood in line for 10 minutes the girl taking orders would wait on one person then go stand and wait for there food to be made then give them there order and then wait on the next person and repeat the same thing each time. I order a #1 triple large it was good but I ordered a chicken sandwich it was dry and hard order two chilies only got one the fries was cold and tuff awful service

Management is rude and needs training. I’ve had 2 rude encounters now with the same manager. She has zero people skills. Nobody at the store knows how the Wendy’s App works. A smile and being nice goes a long way, corporate needs to step in and change management. I’m not the first person on here saying that either. But otherwise food is good!

Kid-friendliness: Always friendly . I usually go late in the evening to get frosties for my husband . He has cancer and that's one of the things he can tolerate ❤️

You have failed for the last time. Image dealing with a child sick/surgery. You finally get your first meal of the day. Plain burger, two pecan salads. You ask not to forget the pecans because they always do. Throw the bag back in the refrigerator. Two hours later and relaxation....beautiful greens but NO chicken anywhere. Please get the salad together because one should not have to come back inside. Just to wait again to be serviced.

How are these saucy nuggets? Where’s the sauce…
I love Wendy's but this location needs some help. Very slow service. They need more staff or train them to help when they are not working. Ex. If you are on the fries and nuggets find something to do. You can help get the orders out when you can. And keep the fries fresh. If the other orders are coming out slow, no need to make alot of cold fries. Refresh them. Cashier doing little active listening. We need to listen closer to when orders are being placed and repeat it back for confirmation. And if you miss something from the order, avoid making faces or comments. Not sure if my time allows me to go here very often. The food was neat and tasty except for the cold fries.
