My only complaint about the Hazel Green Wendy's is that their sweet tea always taste like old tea mixed with flat coke.

Saturday, December 6th, 2025 5pm. The entire staff was so polite and respectful. I haven't seen anything this wonderful in years ! Most fast food places you get people annoyed the second you walk in. Everybody here talked with us and told us the things they thought were the best. I will come back any time this manager and staff is present !

Check your employees because thy caught a attitude because the fries were cold and not fresh and one had a long Pocket knife getting mad slamming the door walking out throwing the trash away aggressively please fire all these employees they don’t need a job they need to shut it down I don’t recommend going here

Are Wendy's open recently and it's been a good experience every time me and my kids have gone the only thing that my kids don't like is that we've noticed usually after 9:00 they shut the frosty machines down even though they're open till 11:00 and 12:00 every night so that's a bit disappointing cuz we like to do mobiles cuz I pick one of my kids up from work every night at 10:00 and we do mobile orders to take home on Friday nights usually and when you mobile order and you add a frosty and they can't refund you for the frosty you paid extra for they just say they can give you a cookie hopefully they'll stop doing that though maybe

I ordered a salad on two different occasions and they gave me dried up chicken in both of my salads. Couldn't even eat it. Very disappointed and will never go back!

I called to try to take an order and when I was trying to be super nice and polite and asked what her fav thing on the menu was, and then she spat off at me and cussed me out saying that I shouldn’t be calling them for stupid things like that at 8:00 at night… so guys the point of the story is do not go, I do not recommend it at all. I do however recommend Watabuger they had a employee sharing the gospel and encouraging others to share the gospel, so also Wendy’s inside is very unsanitary and disgusting, 0/10 would not recommend at all.

Anyone else remember a time when ordering a spicy crispy chicken sandwich and it was crispy and juicy. Well if that’s what you’re looking for don’t eat here! I probably won’t eat here again

Yall need to watch your receipt at this Wendy's...I went today and ordered a jbc meal witch comes with a medium fries and a medium drink for 8 dollars , the lady said they are out of medium cups so she ask if I wanted a small or a large for a upcharge instead of giving you the next size up for free like all other restaurants do they wanted to charge me, not only did they give me a small drink they also charged me 40 cents extra for the medium frie that already comes with the meal..not good management!!!!
Rude young lady at the window..told me to pull around...then when i got to the window she tells me she wasnt talking to me and that i have to go all the way aroundand get back in line...ha i went to pizza hut....get the kids off the order taking...will not return to this Wendy's

The food here wasn’t the issue, but the girl with long fake red hair and lots of tattoos had a very nasty attitude and was extremely rude to me. She wasn’t wearing a name tag or I would mention it in this review.

I ordered a chicken biscuit there for breakfast, and somehow they left out the chicken and I only got a biscuit. Tried to call them about 4 times but no one would answer.
